Happy with most of my items so far. Some are of quality, others came looking worn or faulty (returned items). They are well packaged & prices are subjective. But with the discounts & promo codes, they're not so hefty for the wallet. Simply improve the order processing & dispatch timeframe, or offer next day delivery as orders take forever to ship out, & this online retailer will be the best here in Australia. I will recommend to give them a go.

Love their discounted items. Found and bought lots of good designer brands items with reasonable price.. should improve prepare order, delivery and despatch time. Sometimes it takes more than 1 week for the order to be shipped

I love the outnet but why are so many product details missing on the app? No fabric composition listed?? Defeats the point as I have to go on to the browser site to look before purchase. Navigation is pretty good but the filters can be a bit dodgy.

Amazing clothes at great prices, fast shipping, couldn't be better! Editing after a 5 star review to 4 stars, the app always shows sold out items though they've been like that for weeks, I wish they'd just remove that stuff? They could also improve the filters, currently when browsing womens clothing you can only select one product category at a time or view everything all at once. I'd like to select or exclude multiple categories while shopping, but on the app this is limited.

Love the site but this app is terrible: crashes all the time; hard to filter search results (depending on which menu you go through, the filters are different); often loses your place in a search when you go back; adding and removing items from wishlist is really slow; loading items generally is quite slow... Shame, because it looks great and is much more convenient for me than going onto the website. I still shop with it though...

Doesn't state the material label, so if you want to know the fabric you have to look for the item on the website.

Poor. Unable to return the items because the pre paid return label that Outnet provided is incorrect according to TWO Ups drop off points. MASSIVE WASTE OF MY TIME. Where is the Outnet customer complaints procedure? This store is to be AVOIDED.

My only issues with this app are that I cannot set a price range, and also difficult to view the cart until you get to the "proceed to purchase" pages. But all in all, love outnet, especially the search from highest discount feature

This app doesn't allow you to save your preferred search filters so you have to keep resetting them every single time you are in. And also for every single change. It alos doenst give alerts so you cannot set up alerts for your wishlist. It's crappy

Going to uninstall, I don't like that I can not filter sizes or apply order to what I want to search, like high to low price etc. Annoying to use and too time consuming without these common features.

No way to make contact with Outnet through app. My items have not arrived and no customer service or care options on app. This company has gone from excellent to extremely poor in the last year.

Glad I picked The Outnet : I actually saw a whole lot of negative reviews on sites like Sitejabber and TrustPilot after I ordered. That got me a bit freaked out, but I was worrying for no reason. I'm so, so happy with my purchase from the Outnet. The whole process was flawless. 10/10 would definitely recommend to family and friends. Im a regular client for years but was never interested to use the APP. The discount was motivation but now I'm just frustrated because is TERRIBLY slow and IMPOSSIBLE to make PAYMENT! Try now FOUR TIMES and STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT TO GO THRU! I won't use EVER AGAIN!

App is very slow. Lots of bugs. Also, would be useful to have heel sizes in description for all shoes and opt out items which are sold out. Thanks

Awful app. I love Outnet but the app doesn't work. I have now installed for the 6th time on Samsung phone and still cant access anything - all content is frozen. Terrible

This is the worst app I have ever used. I'm lucky if it even opens, let alone allows me to actually view anything. My wishlist never works so I don't know how they expect I can ever buy anything!

I cannot create a return on the app using android. It says sorry this page does not exist. This has been going on for months. I have to call instead and waste time doing it through customer service.

Always just getting "oops" error messages. When I try ro add something new to my basket, or try to view my basket which seems to permenantly have one phantom item in it. Abandon.

Been using the app for a good few years now. I use it way too often! Fantastic clothes at great prices and I have never had any problems....unsure if this is a good thing!😁

I received a cluch this morning, the hardware was completely broken. The customer service rep offered me $50 credit, if I decided to keep. I've be a client for years. I was completely taken back. A $1995.00 Balmain clutch, broken!!! Outnet you should be ashamed of yourself! I will no longer purchase here!

Generally very upset with the company. I've been emailing them regarding a return for which I didn't get refund and no reply for months now. Very poor customer service quality

Need one more filter, which is sort by newest first. If I'm on your app everyday, I want to see the newest things and not just from recommended.
