The Panel Station-Get Paid!

I love this survey site. It pays you well for your hard work. Though I want to suggest the points gotten by the panelists should be added immediately to their credit points instead of leaving it under points in review for such a long time. Also, the rewards should be processed quickly, possibly within a week. That I think will motivate the panelists more. That been said, it is a sincere high paying survey site and one of the best out there. Kudos!

Mostly great site that has been highly active for many years. Rewards are bit limited and payouts take awhile but the sheer volume of potential surveys more than makes up for it! Interesting, interactive and rewarding...

I like this app and it is legit . At first it was hard to reach the points for my first withdrawal in the beginning since I got disqualified everytime but in the end my hardwork paid off. I have withdrawn from it 3-4 times.But I hate to point out two things which is the disadvantage of the app is that payout takes too long to reach and getdisqualified 90% of the time and 10% of success rate if you are on mobile phone and a student on top of that is glitches. I hope in future it will improve.

I am not seeing any new survey in the app. It always shows 'update your profile to receive surveys' and when I click on that update button, it shows your profile is 100% complete and after that nothing happens. I tried uninstalling it and reinstall but face the same problem. I contact with support team but they are always send me the same copied mail for uninstall/reinstall. It is now really frustrating and not at all useful to me. So going to uninstall it completely.

Wow what a bad first impression. I battled to register, says already registered after a whole exercise. So I went to "forgot password" then this thing told me to fill in a valid email adress. All this AFTER they themselves had written to me inviting me to participate. What an incredibly bad first Impression. If I could I would give it zero stars. I am uninstalling.

Was running so smoothly in the beginning that I thought is this a dream. App was perfect without any glitches and problems. But, since December 2021, for all my surveys, I am getting same error as "just missed and we have received required number of participants.. getting no points at all since 4 months and customer care is of no use as they just say enter survey number and bla bla bla.. I have lost interest in opening this app and doing surveys as it disqualifies me in every survey.. ZERO STARS

Used to be a good survey panel. Sad. Exchanged/ redeemed a reward last year on November. It's been 5 months now & still waiting. Sent email to their support & informed me to wait. Guess what? It's the 3rd week now since their last reply. I guess it is safe to assume that they no longer operate? Until they solve my problem, my rating will remain 1 start in Trustpilot & Google Play Store. Already provided screenshot & sent email to support. Well, no action has been taken so far. Still waiting

Am unable to log into my account for a long time both on the app and website, it keeps saying my old password has expired that I should change it, whenever I tried doing so it says wrong old password, how do I recover the old password, have sent mails and even reached out on Twitter and Instagram but all has been to no avail

Nice app... gives many surveys everyday. Also redemption points also reduced to 2500 which is good. You guys are improving day by day. The only drawback it takes more than two months for approval of points and then getting cash for redemption. Hope you will speed that up too.

The best survey reward platform. I have been active on this and many other opinion survey platforms. This has to be one of the most transperent, no-nonsense platform ever. In my tenure of more than 2 years on it, it has been innovative, fulfilling and equally rewarding too. The app interface is equally brilliant as the one on the web. Highly recommended...

I've been waiting on my voucher for over 9 weeks now. What's keeping it or are you guys still trying to figure out how much 13,000 points is worth? You guys are not being fair at all. You give surveys that takes forever to finish, hold on to the points afterwards for reviews, cancel the ones you want and when it's finally released, it also takes forever for one to get the voucher for the redeemed points. The Panel Station of this year is something else

Number 1 froud application ... after completing survey company decrease point automatically and something they don't paid points ..like something error and hurry and many other problems showing after completing survey don't download this ..

I would like to give you 5stars. But its been over 2 years now I have not been able to access my account. I keep getting password error and each time I try to reset it, it will send me password and when I input the password, it will tell me password is incorrect. This is not good at all. Also, I made some points before I lost my phone 2 years ago, I when I tried again to access the app, all my points were gone. How? Please you guys should do something about this.

100% Legit , trusted and the most highest paying website. Giving more interesting surveys with more rewards. More payment options like Paytm, most of the gift vouchers redeemed with 3 weeks and instant credit. Most trustworthy and paying 100% promised payment in accuracy. Interesting surveys in a valuable time. So many times I contacted Panel station support team and they replied in a kindly manner in an accurate time . My redemption rewards vouchers fully satisfied with TPS.

They really Don't wanto to give the rewards. Previously I redeemed points without any problems, now they are asking for age ptoof document. This is another way to collect personal information. Which is completely wrong. They did no mention it in any lisense agreememt neither they update it. STAY AWAY FROM TPS!

Don't Install this App_You may not recieve any Gift vouchers. This app is totally a mess. Any I open the app and to answer the questions, it will say I'm in a hurry, sometimes it will not bring up any survey at all. It takes more than five days to upload a new survey. Rubbish

I have accumulated more than 44000 points since years and ready to redeem. To my surprise they had removed the redemption option from my account. I contacted the customer care and they said you are using multiple accounts and violated our terms. I am being a member of TPS since many years now but now when they had to pay, they are making such kind of excuses. Clearly this is not done since i have devoted so much time and effort to complete their tasks.

I completed a long, well paying survey and they gave me repeated excuses of what I did wrong, (not true) then repeated auto-messages to cheat me out of my due payment. Also hold half your points "in review" for up to six months with no answer to enquiries about these.

Usless app worst experience it takes more than two months to credit paytm or any rewards from them... First they put your surveys in rewview and then if they are satisfied with your answers then they they credit your points into your accounts and then they process your rewards which takes more than 50 days to credit your vouchers in your wallet ... So overall it is more than 60 days preocess of this worst app to get your hardworked rewards.... Dont download this app... Worst app ever...

Worst app, I ever I had used . I gave almost 30-45 minute of a survey and then it's not completed and says you're in hurry but I will read and answer it carefully. Totally loss of time

Worst I install it one month ago and from know I am trying to made my account but everytime I failed.i fill my details and always waiting for OTP but I didn't receive I just have a message option ,I apply for resend code but didn't receive .

Awesome application for giving paid surveys,it's having reward like Paytm , Amazon vouchers, Flipkart vouchers and etc, i m so much glad to join TPS , the survey topics is always innovative and joyful ,i am very happy to give surveys ahead in future always

Its good application and good team as well iv been with TPS almost 5 years and more. I got so many rewards. Hope PayPal will come back. Bad things is you removed the instant rewards. And redemption is taking double time. First on points on review and second waiting the redemption to be approved. So you guys make it more harder than before.

I have been using this survey panel for 2 years and i have been satisfied. There are many surveys worth 400 or more points and redemption value is 3000 points. Plus with every level you complete u earn badges with points. This makes it easier to reach the redemption valueand there are many redemption offers to choose from. Definitely very good site.

While the rewards are genuine, the app itself is quite falty. Crashes at least 30% of the times it is launched. In order to redeem points earned, one needs to have give date of birth, which never gets accepted and I repeatedly get the error 'please enter a valid DOB'. Reaching out to their customer care is also of no use.

TPS App is the best. You get paid for your honest reviews. What more can one ask for? Finally, opinions are getting rewarded. The redemption process is so easy and satisfying and it motivates us to take more and more surveys. The quality of survey is excellent. You get disqualified if you don't fulfil their requirements thereby saving time of both surveyor and surveyee. Surveys are interesting and unique. Total worth for time spent and money received.
