Booked 2 days in advance -deal on parking. Not from usa, 1st option for Dallas on the app is DAL. I clicked the directions link and the app link took me to love field instead of dfw. Realized error too late, headed to dfw attempted to get in to the lot there with reso. Nope. Cost double due to late booking +$75 (too close to reservation time and would not consider my DAL booking). 30 min for shuttle, missed flight by 5 min (+$50 chamge fee) asked why they can't apply my previous reso...no reason
The person at the kiosk was very helpful and informative. APP was easy to use except not totally clear how to proceed after adding credit card as it said "Add credit card". I would suggest "Next" or "Continue" instead
Trying to update app is not explained well enough. When you go to Open up the app from Google play store it gives you the message that the app needs to be updated but Update does not show up on app until you do a few additional steps. Not sure why this happens.
Was charged additional $40 to park 2 extra days from original reservation. I fly in and out 4 times a month. This was my 1st experience using this service. Won't be using it again!!
I love The parking spot it's quick easy. The app always works well no bugs. The facility itself and the Vans pick you up quickly from the LAX airport.
Easy to use, no glitches, helpful recommendations. Really like the ability to see where shuttles are.
Generally good app experience. Lacks a way to send reservations to my calendar. Also, the "Map and Directions" page appears to be only a tiny map; no directions. Need to cut & paste the address into my map app. These are simple enhancements that should be easy for the developers to add.
Very convenient and user-friendly... was pleasantly surprised I had accumulated points for lots of free parking. Also makes for East entrance and exit to the parking lots.
So easy to make reservations and changes! It's a very straightforward app. The shuttle tracker is pretty cool too. I've used The Parking Spot at MCI for years now, and their service is always excellent. Save yourself the pain of trying to find a parking spot at the airport. Reserve on the app, drive up to the gate, get a spot number, park, and the shuttle picks you up at your parking spot, loads & unloads your luggage, drops you off at the door. The app makes it all very easy, start to finish.
4/5 for ease of use. Love that it's simple to reserve a spot, choose extras if you want them, and redeem points when available. Only thing I can't find easily is the parking space reminder. Handy feature! It just seems like it isn't obvious within the app. I always have to mess around a bit before I find it. Otherwise, love!
Last week when I arrived from my trip, I tried to use this app to find a shuttle and checkout. However, the app wouldn't launch. This week I was able to get the app to load, but all of my points and stays are gone. I tried to add a credit card for a quick checkout, but the credit card type field is not enabled. This app has proven to be pretty worthless.
The app is easy to use. Everything is touch-less. The prices are always better then the airport parking.
In a nutshell, one of a kind travel convenience via a stable app with a user friendly interface.
Simple, intuitive. No more worrying about whether parking is available.
Worst ever! Cannot talk to anyone about app and ur account! Go to the app to sign in and it tells me that there's not account for that e mail but I continue to get their e mails on that e mail!
Parking is so easy. Shuttle comes quickly and drivers are extremely nice. Quick & easy app.
My driver last night drove too fast & she did not help anyone with their bags. Did not say good bye. 1st time parking here. Not good experience overall. Used to the excellent customer service at Park N GO. I will try your place one more time. Ted P.
This app is so easy. Booked parking in under a minute, and really love the 'upcoming reservation' as 1st thing you see. Thx!!!
The app will not let me call for a shuttle. It says I'm not in an airport but I'm standing literally at the curb to be picked up at PIT. Fix this!
It's actually a good app to get in and out and book but the locate shuttle part of the app never works for me. I got a new phone and it still doesn't work
The app is easy to use and the staff are amazing - professional and friendly. Highly recommend The Parking Spot.
The app is a time saver. Just "show" it on the way in and way out. You really don't have to have the paper with the code from the email for a reservation. But the reader does read that just a bit quicker than my phone screen. I don't like to be hunting for the paper when i get to the lot, that's all.
Very user friendly, you can go back and fix and errors in time etc. Simple procedure and price is 👍

I used the app yesterday and it worked flawlessly, but there are some features I'd love to see since I use them so often: > Notify the driver I'm waiting on them (if I can see them on the app, they should be able to see me). > Be able to tip on the app! I don't always have cash handy after a trip and this would be extremely helpful. Use the Star****s app as a model! > Have the driver be able to scan the app on my phone or "tap it" (NFC) instead of me trying to find my ticket after a long trip when I board the van for valet parking. > Have a refer a friend program!
I like this app/company alot, but I think a really useful feature would be to, when you park, be able to record some how which spot you parked in within the app. I always loose the little card and end up having to type it on my phone anyway. Other than that I love this service and use it anytime I fly. It cheap, easy and you can't beat the convince.
