Ever since the update the app has constantly crashed. Needs fixing
Been trying to download since update sent out, still not been successful and now not been able to get into account for over a week. Terrible inconvenience,been a member for long time, but I have to be able to have access to my account. Please fix,or put back where can log in, the old way

Everything works great and the new finger print scanner feature is very convenient and works very well. However the design feels a bit outdated.
Great app. I really enjoy seeing all my accounts on one page and having the ability to easily make transfers among the accounts. Now, if only I could make transfers between accounts in other banks....
This app is very handy. It's easy to mske transfers between accounts and you can get your cresit score. The only problem I have with the app is sometimes my information shows up unavailable.
Awesome but some minor details when I have no access an I call about it to Amarillo mother branch..... 3 times I've had to start over with new password in order to have my access..... however it's all good nothing wrong changing passwords just saying, thanks again GOD BLESS AN HAVE A PLEASANT TOMORROW!!!
I did the update, and now I can't get into the app.
App won't even open on my new phone. Just a plain white screen with a tiny "owner" emblem in the center. I Uninstalled, then re-installed. Same thing.
There were a few problems but they straightened them out.
Its handy, and faster than going to my credit unions web page. ***Update: 8/15/2021.. App is still okay, but upgrade by institution took away some features, like next due date on loans, and detailed info such as principle and interest. Blame is on TPFCU, not the app.
Only works about half the time since the last update haven't been able to get on the app on Android my ipad still works
Crashes on launch since I updated to Android 12. Slow update process. Our credit union needs to choose a new third party developer, these guys can't even be bothered to show pending transactions or update the logo with a proper alpha mask.
Love this app an i Love People Federal Credit Union They are great people. They care about you an your banking experience. I have goten 2 loans through them all done over the phone an resived the cash the same day. I would highly recommend this banking app to anyone. I would also recommend this bank to everyone.
Doesn't work. I can't even log in anymore without a message telling me the app is experiencing issues. So much for mobile banking. You are now back in the dark ages, and you weren't far out of it anyway.
I like this mobile app because it's user friendly. Can do all the bank transactions I need on my phone. It works instantly so I can transfer money from one account to the other and know that I have money in my account when I go to check out.
I enjoy being able to see all my accounts live. And being able to transfer money from one account to another. Only wish to make it better would be to transfer to another bank like amarillo national.
normally it works fine but it's crashing each time now, so i can't open the app. i have a Samsung Galaxy S20.
Considering this is my 1st time doing a online transfer from savings to checking very easily explainable & quickly. Keep up the great work
Decent when it works. Doesn't let you make scheduled or repeat transfers. Very minimal utility.
Makes banking easier. I would love if I could see pending transactions on it as well.
Trouble with app. Does not load, app just closes for no reason and no error code.

Never works have tried multiple times with no success used to work before the update now it doesn't even open
It is great. I wish I could look at details on transactions but I like it otherwise.
mostly easy to use. sometimes i have connection issues and im not sure why.

Gets the job done but I agree that the app does look basic and old.
I think I'm switching banks soon. If I had a nickel for every time I either A) could not log into the app, or B) could not view my account information....well, let's just say I'd be set for a few years. What is the point of banking with someone if you can't even have access to view your account balances?
