WARNING!!! This really work but you with my xperience it has bad effects: I downloaded this app to understand more about the effects but i found nothing ///not that hard to learn but once experienced effects stay forever unless mastered i guess/// i recommend this for blind person only
Very excellent been using ThePhase since 2017 have not found a better guide anywhere ever, with great power comes great responsibility.
Just a warning to those seeking this path. Tred softy, IV been to many places and years. And there is a risk to your health if you don't pay attention to the signs. Good luck
Best friend told me about it I trust everything they say so I went ahead and got it I'm pretty sure they know what they're talking about so I'm going to give it a whirl I'll let you know after I figure it out

You couldn't be more wrong..! This is the book, it's free and if you took the time to read things before you bagged them, you wouldn't look like a fool on public sites..! I've read this book numerous times and you don't have to buy anything, try again..!

It was just an ad for a seminar with some instructions
It reads as if a pre-teen on a forum wrote it. Cool pictures and lay out.. but the writing and explanations on everything is very poor.
Good upto now. I need more time to focus tho. As i am not get the time to put it into practice.

Mixed all things like lucid dream and astral projection as one . I think he doesn't know the distinguishing line between them or just erased it.
lots of information for free, no ads, this has worked fir me and has been a life changing experience to say the least. this should be taught in schools in my opinion.
