had this on my phone for almost two years before i uninstalled it. You're allowed a limited number of full stories a month, which is fine; but THEY choose which stories those are, which is not fine.
very unintuitive. Not sure how to update, get other subscriptions, ... You should do better. I was told by the subscription department this APP would enable viewing of 5 separate Gannett newspapers, but I have no clue how to select or choose them. This should be MUCH better. The app is about as useful as a Trump in office, i.e. useless.
cannot view today's paper. hey I paid for online paper subscription. what am I paying for, two day old news. waste of money. Can I give less than 1. Still cannot read today's paper on line. What is a subscription for.
Not happy with this service. All news stories appear to be written by bots. And it shows.
Great news from my hometown but I am just not willing to pay for it.
When I can't see the news or read the newspaper this is very helpful for me.
But force closes constantly after recent update. Using LG G5 running 6.0.
It defeats the purpose of having an online subscription and not be able to view the e-paper! Also, the majority of the articles are at least two days old, even with WiFi turned on. I am a paying subscriber!
Even though a subscriber and "logged in", news is several days old. Article dates are not most current first and cannot be sorted as such. Try to go to locked content and you are asked to log in only to be bumped back to out of date home page again.

Need an easy link to the enewspaper. Headlines are repetitive in categories. I'm a subscriber and this should be an easier process.
The national and international stories from the USA Today section are all frivolous. There are - oddly - no major national news stories in the app. The local news stories are random and months old. I recommend the paper version of the Press & Sun-Bulletin.
This app is pay walled. Try WBNG instead.

the first goal of the app should be to let me read the newspaper. instead i have to search for articles. . right now i can't find what i wanted after the 10 minutes. this is horrible Update 3-12-22. Nothing has changed
