Based on the hit movie franchise from Blumhouse Productions, The Purge revolves around a 12-hour period when all crime, including murder, is legal. Set in an altered America ruled by a totalitarian political party, the series follows several seemingly unrelated characters living in a small city. As the clock winds down, each character is forced to reckon with their past as they discover how far they will go to survive the night.
The Purge is written and executive produced by the film franchise creator James DeMonaco and led by Jason Blum. Additionally, the entire team behind the blockbuster franchise are on board to executive produce: Michael Bay with Brad Fuller and Andrew Form under the Platinum Dunes banner and Sebastien K. Lemercier. Thomas Kelly serves as executive producer/showrunner of the series. Emmy® and Golden Globe® award-winner Anthony Hemingway will direct and executive produce the premiere episode.

I uninstalled this game 30 minutes after I installed it. The game has potential but it needs to be scraped and started over. I love the movies and when I saw the commercial for the game, I was excited. However, this is nothing like the movies. Please do not waste your time.
its a good game but idk if any one else is having this problem but the items are going everywhere but after all its a very very good game i would keep it up just work on that every thing going everywhere glitch good job on the game keep it up
This game is awesome! I love The Purge TV show on USA Network so I was happy to find this interactive and incredible experience in the store. Everyone should give this game a go!
Could u please make a game like the purge where you can find weapons, team up with people, single player game where everyone else is a computer, you just move around with a joystick and then there are gang leader's killing people and yeah.
This game has so much potential. It definitely needs work, especially with AR. So far it doesnt let me get passed two purges unfortunately, but the game is fun.
Worthless game ain't worth it time to download I downloaded it thinking it would be something similar to the show it's nothing like the show most of the props disappear or wont let u place them anywhere they all stack up on top of each other which is stupid of course it gonna lose so needless to say I uninstalled it immediately
Could use more. Was hard to scan everything. Not only that kinda bs how they break in and you cant do anything. Could add more and would be a great game.
Downloaded the game and well it wont go past the scan your floor ... no instructions no nothing. Wish they would fix this because the concept is awesome
Ar needs work. As others stated if your walls need lots of stuff on them. I hope they get it figured out. All the ar games give you a choice for ar or a normal in game screen to play on
It was to difficult to scan everything. Also, it was hard to even understand what is going on when the purge starts.
Could do more than just place objects and hit start. I thought I would at least see people in bunny masks trying to get through my defenses!
Game takes to long much work just to play. Scanning walls and most the time it doesn't work at all dont waste your time
There's no game play. I recalibrated several times and nothing but creepy music and errors.
Fun but this game could have so much more like better equipment or fight back on the purgers entering your home stead of just protecting your house with walls and such Bring in ammo Self defenses
Scanned the floor,but nothing else happened. No directions. Couldn't play it.
The game is super fun! I love the Purge movies and TV shows and this game is like being in them!

It doesn't work at all. You scan the floor and it gives you one defense. Says you need four to start. Stupid

Directions would help immensely. Have one defense not sure what to do with it, nothing else happens.
Ok so i installed it and everything seemed fine then it said scan the floor or whatever it took almost 20 min to get 58percent of the way then it just went back to 0percent so i uninstalled it and i wouldnt suggest installing it and yes i have good internet
Terrible. The AR needs ALOT of work. You cant really do ANYTHING at all. Waste of space.

Needs improvement you can't get pass the scanning portion.
Cant get past the scanning spent 5 minutes trying to scan my floor and only got to 3 percent
Augmented reality needs repaired. Keeps shifting everything anytime I move.

Awesome concept but the technology does not work. Trying to scan the room in is more of a nightmare than the Purge itself and the app was only able to scan a small portion of my room where I have a rug with intricate details on it. Unless your walls are lined top to bottom with Piccasso paintings instead of being a singular color with a few posters, it won't scan at all. The tracking of your AR defenses is laughable as they will often just disappear as you're trying to place them around, which I also attribute to the horrendous room-scale scanning in this game. This makes the game literally unplayable. If you're gonna do a room-scale AR game like this, make sure it works first. I think the developers were pressured into using Google's ARCore software for this game cause it's the new cool kid on the block but obviously ARCore is nowhere near ready for public use. I recommend the developers go back to old school image recognition techiques, maybe making printable posters for their walls and floor that the the app can track, with relative distance data that the player can input by tracking the distance between each poster, kinda like a low-tech version of the room sensors used in VR. The concept sounds phenomenal and if the tech worked I'd give this game 5 stars...but the tech needs to work first.
