First time user. Ease of use was phenomenal. I actually found it easier to use and with more information than the banks website. You can also deposit checks on the app, but you can't deposit checks on the website. The app breaks down your account and gives you more information about your money. I would definitely recommend this app to all People's Bank Customers. I'll not use the web site again, I'll do everything on the app or in the main branch.
Not too happy about this app. I chose to use it for safer service, however there isn't a place to type in a memo or category (which is necessary on a Business Acct.) as a reminder of what the charge was for! Being able to type a memo, quickly to see when using this App is very necessary !!!
Missing modern features. No biometric support on Android, have to enter your password every time. No ability to add a note to a transaction such as a transfer. Cannot open additional accounts through the app.
This app does not work half of the time. I have been trying to access it all day without any success. Very aggravating!!! Just changed my review to 1 star. Been about four days since I made this review. Every time I go to open it, it will not open. Will someone PLEASE FIX THIS APP SO IT WILL WORK! THANK YOU...Been two days now.... Still same old stuff... Might work... Mostly not... Does anyone out there read the reviews???? Hello.. It's me again... Just tried to open app... Down completely!!!
app crashes and freezes alot. also will try to startup over other apps on it's own. please fix bugs....still does it and no feedback...plus wants me to put password on after fingerprint....🤬
App is convenient, for the most part. Sometimes have difficulty when typing passcode on log in, due to reverting from special characters or caps to lower case.
Recently have been having issues with the login screen. Sometimes it won't even pop up, other times it says something about a Lang error. Please fix this.
$7500 a month is not enough. Also, randomly starts up and crashes constantly. I think it's trying to get information from my phone and I have blocked it.
I love people's bank nc. I just wish they would be more available in other apps when connecting my bank acct. They can never be found. If I want to transfer my investments I would have to open a new account with a more worldwide bank.
This app is absolutely awesome. I no longer have to drive to the bank, I can make my deposits right from home or work. This is by far the most useful app I have, thanks people's bank for making this available to your customers.
Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling app because log in screen will not display... just displays a white screen. Keep getting a Lang error.
app has had 10 errors in 3 days had to put it to sleep. Tried to use it again and got user name or password wrong. An hour later another error. Please fix the problem.
It would be nice to be able to do transfers in the app instead of having to go to a web browser. Otherwise, its fine.
Now that they fixed the one major flaw and added a flash to the deposit check photo option I can honestly say this is the best bank and best app ever!
Sometimes a little slow and wish there was an option to get text notifications with balances
Major glitch... pop comes up multiple times a day that says "people's bank has stopped". i deleted and reinstalled and it still does it.
It would be 5 stars if the app wouldn't try to open itself and start up. Very annoying.
The app is always convenient and easy to use. All apps should be this reliable and user friendly.
I'm extremely pleased with the personal help and care I receive from Peoples Bank. I feel that people from my local bank in particular are always there when needed. Thank you!
Very easy to navigate. Transferring funds very simple. Dependable.
App does not work. It will lock your regular online be account. Hours on the phone to unlock.If you are going to push your app FIX IT.
I am constantly having trouble with this app. Now it loads on startup and there is no login.

Since I currently live 2300 miles from my bank, the mobile app is essential! I can't do all my banning with it, including transferring find to and from my checking, savings, to the household account it my son. It worked pretty much seamlessly. Never had a serious problem. Got to put in a good word to fit the staff and customer service. People's rocks.
