terrible i have to uninstall this app then reinstall the app just to read an article. This has happened since March its May. I paid for a year this is unexceptable it neefs a permanent remedy. now its June 13 th still can't see classified. still have to uninstall and reinstall EVERY FIVE ARTICLES ACCESSED. for $49.99 a year its terrible.
I just redid my subscription. I was suppose to be $.99 for 6 monthz and it charged me $7.99 for one month. This is a scam.
My app has been downloading for 2 days how long does it take and why can't I read anything I've paid for 6 months a week or so ago and I haven't been able to read one thing yet it just keeps saying download app download app and a circle keeps going around and around and around
downloaded update and now I can't access any stories,,,I try to sign in as a subscriber and it's telling me I'm not a subscriber,,, I'm paid up for an entire year so this shouldn't be happening!
Had paper and app for 3 years how come every other week it kicks me off. It tell me have to subscribe and I'm already a subscriber, I'm about done with the whole mess it's beyond ridiculous........

It never works the same way twice. Quite frustrating sine I subscribed. Also there is no way to just see today's news.

The National News Section won't update and Gatehouse Media doesn't respond to subscriber e-mailed to correct the problem.

Like everyone else, I am frustrated with constantly having to clear history and deleting and reloading the app. Contacting tech support is entirely futile, all they do is feign shock and amazement and after a week of waiting, tell me I need to delete and reload. I would have gotten better answers if I had called time and temperature. And of course, no response when you ask about a refund. They need to change this before The Repository loses its 7 remaining readers.
