The Review Solution (TRS) Express for Android mobile users empowers businesses to engage with customers, capture reviews at the point of service, and get reviews posted to popular review sites online. It’s as easy as sending a text message: Enter customer name, mobile number, and press send. That’s it – you’re done! Customers receive text and choose “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down.” If they select Thumbs Up, they are routed to either Yelp!, Facebook, Google, or the Better Business Bureau to post the review. If they select Thumbs Down, the negative response is sent to you privately.
