One of the least useful apps I've encountered. Not intuitive. Every link sends me back to the lookup your reservation page.
Keep loading and doesn't work at all. But even worth a 1 star
The app shows me as just a member, but when I login online it shows the correct level of gold elite.
Very disappointed how this app was allowed to flounder like this. It keeps crashing upon lunch. Makes you wonder if Ritz itself is going down. Fix it ASAP.

Has been crashing for Ritz check ins for a week. You should be debugging more regularly.
Checked into hotel and for first 24 hours didn't recognise reservation. When you try to book restaurant in hotel it asks for all personal info even though you're logged in. No way to feed back info on errors to publisher apart from this rating. Needs working on!
Great App. Does just what I need. When I was in Florida, I could order drinks at the pool right from the App!
The new makeover has no detail. The previous version allowed for changes to be made with reservations and even gave a bill estimate for your stay. Providing only the date of reservation is useless
Could not find my reservation for mobile check in or out. Pressing Guest Services for my upcoming stay did nothing.
What a wonderful experience i had with my friends at Ritz Carlton! Suites are beautiful, classy decor and superb services. Food was great at the lounge. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to Amit, Urica, Melanie, Tom, Trisha and Chef for the delicious Egg Benedict! Will highly recommend this property for sure!
App fails constantly. I have to restart it multiple times every time I need to use it. Buggiest app on my phone.
This app suddenly started chewing through battery. I haven't used it in 2 months and it's the app using the most battery on my phone. Uninstalled until there's a fix.
Easy effective
I can login to the website fine, even the mobile site. However using the exact same information in the app throws an "authentication failed" error. Everyone else seems to like it but if it doesn't work for me, it gets a bad review.

Interface is awful. Marriott .. How about sticking with one app instead of trying to make its own unique brand. The Marriott app at least works consistently.
