As of 03/28/22....This most recent update is causing my phone(Samsung S7) to lock up/freeze...the will not load!!! Up to now it was working fine!
I've never had any trouble using the app. Occasionally, it's off line but wouldn't deduct a star for that because most banks have the same issue (or more).
Does not work with my Motorola. Freezes on the first screen. No one answered request for assistance. Not worth downloading
New update ruined the app, keeps crashing. Can't even access my account anyways. Just switch banks this one isn't worth the trouble.
its a no nonsense app that lets me do what I need, without being cluttered by too many bells and whistles.
The autofocus messes up sometimes and thinks I am not showing it the front of the check.
Most of the time, no problem... it's rare that it has a glitch or when it's down..

Great when I can access it. More often than not I get a message that there is some error.
Very slow and mildly confusing at times. You guys should consider mimicking the larger banks mobile apps which are far more user friendly
I think this app is awesome! It has made my life so much better. I can check and verify all my transactions at any time of day and make transfers instantly. It's a winner in my book.
