The Scheduling App

Won't let me log in, keeps cycling through biometric login and then pin login. The app won't sign me in and the only way for me to get on is to reset my password each time. Very annoying.

No explanation of password format. When trying to set up a new account the app states match the requested format and it must be at least 4 characters. I've tried every possible combination from 4 to 16 characters... I don't have time to guess at what looking for. Android user here.

Easy to navigate and very convenient when you live a busy life with kids! The staff respond reasonably quick and work with you on your scheduling needs! I love it!

I am loving this scheduling app! I can immediately see all the times available and then in a moments time I can chose and schedule myself for what works best for me. It's both fast and convenient. And, as always, Dr. Pete and his staff are just the best!!

Like the flexibility to schedule my own appointments for chiropractor treatments & massage. I have an occasional issue when using it, as the screen will lock up and I can't complete my appointment.

This App makes it so easy to schedule or change appts. I enjoy that our chiropractor uses this for his clients.

Doesn't let me log in. Continually asks for my biometric info in an infinite loop. Uninstalled app to reinstall, now it prompts me for info i don't possess. Have to cancel an appointment for tomorrow that i don't remember making - cause work, which this hassel is actually distracting me from at present

Doesn't let me login. Asks for User name and PW, then asks for biometric, then a pin then it starts over again.

I love to make or cancel my appts on the Scheduling App. It's very easy & it also allows you put other appts on it too.

I like getting reminders the day before my appointment. I can always look ahead and know my schedule.

Up until recently, I was able to reschedule appointments in the app. Now the reschedule link is no longer there. I tried submitting a bug report, but that didn't work either. When it's working, this is a great app. Fix the bugs for 5 stars.

As I configured it in my doctor's office I found that I can't copy'paste the password from my password manager app. It's 20 year old software dev theory that says don't let people paste passwords. If I can't use my password manager with it's incredibly long, complex passwords with reminders to periodically change my password, I won't use an app. I uninstalled it.

Broken App and continues to crash without ever opening. It used to work before the latest update. Uninstalled and reinstalled to make sure the latest was truly installed and getting the same issue. Using pixel 5 running android 11.

I am able to see appts, but I am unable to reschedule appts which is the whole reason for downloading the app in the first place. I end up having to call in to have appts manually changed rendering this app entirely useless.

Have not been able to use the app since installing it just closes and stops working. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and problem continues. Doesn't make scheduling very convenient when and app doesn't work.

Very easy to use. Really keeps me on track. Wish i had it to organize the rest of my life.

Can't use. Token code not being sent. No info to contact customer support.

Can't log in, won't send email or text with "token" needed to finish registration or to reset password. Very annoying and frustrating. I do NOT recommend this app!!

Scheduling feature does not support appointments for families. Only 1 individual at a time. Have to call the office in order to schedule our family to be seen together, even though staff stated I should be able to schedule online.

This app crashes at least every two months. Very frustrating. When it works is good, but if it crashes it can affect you enormously.

It's very useful and convenient. A delete button to use if I make a mistake like a double entry would be very nice if one has not been added already. Otherwise it's great.

Good app due to the convenience of having the barcode front and center. However, since a recent update the app continously crashes and won't open. Device: Samsung S21

Love this app! It makes it so convenient to schedule appointments and reschedule if needed. It also makes it easy to communicate with the office through this app.

Works as advertised but who wants to use an app that requires you to log in with a password on every use? It needs to support fingerprint authentication or the option to just stay logged in.

App doesn't open at all. Phone gives error that the App stopped working when trying to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled but same issue. Samsung S10 phone

Worked well for 2 weeks but now it won't open. I haven't been able to open the app all week. I click the app and nothing comes up.

App was working well until a week ago. They apparently updated it, without notifying users, and now it is a mess.

Zero Stars..... I Have 2 Acounts, That I Spend My Money On... I Have Emailed Yall Multiple Times... When I Try To Upgrade A Building Evony Takes The Gems, But The Building Never Upgrades...This Happens To Often.... Yall Need To Go Thru Your Data, And Take A Look... Yall Need To Start Giving People Their Money Back, Or Gems Back, When Your Game Messes Up, Instead Of Ignoring Us... I Am Not The Only One This Is Happening To.... No One Should Download This Game... They Steal Your Money!!!!!

Can't even open this app after installing. Just keep getting an error message that the app keeps stopping.
