The Sheffield Star Newspaper
The Sheffield Star Newspaper app brings you full colour PDF versions of The Star newspaper and every newspaper supplement, all presented in pristine detail and designed to be enjoyed on your tablet device.
Updated early each morning six days a week, the app gives you the opportunity to read the full edition of the paper and its supplements over breakfast, or download them for offline reading later.
In the app’s archive, you get access to full PDF versions of the last 30 papers and supplements, which include:
• Class Act• Grass Roots• Business Weekly• Business Monthly• Retro• Motors
When viewing a paper or supplement, you can pinch and zoom to enlarge the pages and articles, swipe through or jump to the next or other pages, use the search functionality to find specific articles, and view full pages either in single page portrait or double page spread landscape mode.
In addition, the app features the latest news from TheStar.co.uk, updated throughout the day and including photo slideshows and videos, which can all be shared on social media.

am trying to use another social network to give the same information and details that make the time and leave the simple details that I have for you all to see and know before I remind upon the same exact place that show what remains and give the automatic first to include our own public to include also via trains
App crashes, rubbish, both star and green un apps have stopped working over the past month, poor customer service too
Uninstalled this app due to increased agressive advertising made it unreadable and frustrating to use. Pity

Awful to use
Enjoy reading the local news and was great when app was free. Subscribed for a few months but keeps crashing so not worth paying over £13 for & now cancelled.

Used to read the star on the appbut now you want £13 a month ill now be uninstalling the app. Not worth it
Awful! Simply doesn't load and the app has not been updated since December 2016. Shame I like the star but their app is atrocious. better to visit their v website which is an inconvenience and can not get updated news alerts
This app is rubbish on a tablet. It freezes many times, you can not move the pages, they remain blank.
Brilliant app. Could do with a widget though
No idea why but just stopped working. Won't load anything through the app any longer. Before that worked fine. Tried reinstalling but still doesn't work.
When it works it is good but have to reinstall at least once per week because it keeps crashing
Unreadable due to ads. Page keeps moving as ads come in making read articles very frustrating
