i already downloaded the app on my mobile phone but I cant access my Account because its always loading nd then session expired. plz fix this. thank you

it wont stop loading after you log in than says session expired please log in again

As others have said, when I login it jumps back to the sign in screen and says that the session has expired.

While trying to log in, it kicks you back out saying the session has expired. Cannot use!
Like everyone else says, when you log in, you are immediately kicked out. The Tech Support explains this as an "outage" and offers no other help. So you can't use the app; why have one then?

Once logged in it spins for a second then times out. Waste of time.

Seen all the 1 stars, so I just had to try it myself for the heck of it. Like all others, doesn't work.
It immediately logs you out as soon as you sign in.
I could never get beyond signing in.
It doesn't even log in my account on the app...it logs in easily in website...

What is the point of this app? I can never log in its constantly saying unable to connect check your network connection. I've tried with and without wifi and I have full bars with my carrier. Please fix. **update** still no fix 😑
