I love that it is do easy to make a deposit from home! It was very user friendly. Also, very easy to pay bills!

Great app. Just wish it had more features and options for online banking. Besides that it gets the job done.

While i have always enjoye the benefits of being a member of the southern credit union, the app has been anything but user friendly. I no longer live near a branch, therefore the mobile deposit and other similar services are my main form of banking. These services have been anything but user feiendly. From having deposits denied because it did not indicate their required statement on back (now the app tells you before you deposit) to denying imagining for lack of light. Please streamline!

I love being able to do ALL my banking on my mobile app! Pay bill's, make deposits, move money from one account to another, check balances, etc. The app is easy to use and rarely unavailable.

changing information on payees is very difficult. And it is confusing. please look into updating this area. Also I use to be able to look at a years payment history for each payee. This was helpful when checking my payments against payees account.

Not a bad app but not on the same level as other banking apps. Still limited on what you can do. Outdated sign in system compared to other apps. Ease of use is so so. Needs some reworking to really become current. Feels old compared to many apps I use daily.

Mobile check deposit is awful very difficult to deposit checks, always have to wait a0while to resubmit checks for deposit

Would like to be able to auto pay more than one account,but good otherwise

The app is reliable. The online check depositing is convenient. The access to see cleared check images has not worked in quite some time.

Very great bank to have despite living miles away I still receive great service. They offer great policies and they work with you to maintain YOUR money unlike other banks that seem to just take every penny they can.

I am very grateful having an app that's not difficult for me making all my transactions. It's like having my own bank teller at my finger tips.

Excellent there are very hard-working and they go outof their way to help as much as they can and they are also very nice people with excellent work ethics

Makes it a lot easier to do banking when you don't have time to actually visit the bank in person,very secure.

Checks are held for 3 business days where others allow immediate access. Can't do a lot with bill pay on the app.

I wish I could turn my debt card off when I'm not using it like other banks have on their app.

Love The Southern c/u have been using them for 20 years! The app works great also.

The image capture for depositing a check is poor. Paying to principle isn't an option on the app.

I've been with the southern since I was 16 years old. They are friendly and willing to help. They been around for as long as I can remember.

No instructions. Had to call customer service for instructions. A 45 minute task that should have taken 5 minutes. Fix it.

This App is very user friendly. I feel safe with the Bill Pay We've been them forever
