Our new Android app allows you to have your ticket on your phone, pre-order your food, drinks & merchandise and take advantage of special offers, personalised to you.

*Food & drink – Enter a world of app-exclusive discounts and special offers! Add your items to your bag, checkout using a range of payment methods, then collect your orders on the night.
*Merchandise – We’ll be uploading merch before each event, so get ahead of the crowd by pre-ordering your favourites before you get to the arena.
*AXS tickets – Browse our upcoming events, buy tickets through AXS, then head to your app Wallet to download your tickets to your phone.
*Social - Enter exclusive competitions, have your say in our polls, then take and share photos from your event. You’ll be able to see both yours and other visitors’ on our Photo walls.
*Venue map & seating plan – Navigate the arena with ease! Find your nearest bars, the way to your seat, and other points of interest.

Horrendous app. It was bad enough when it was the SSE Arena app before this update to OVO (whatever that is), now it won't even recognise my registered email which I've been using since October last year. Keeps saying INVALID EMAIL with no explanation as to why or what is valid. Can't log in, still haven't been issued tickets I bought 4 months ago, no help. Absolutely atrocious.
Just installed this app. Signed up with same email address as I booked the tickets with. Verified the email address. First time I go to log in it tells me that the email address or password are invalid - what on earth do I do now. Support call opened with TicketMaster.
Absolute horseshit app. Signed up, verified email address, low and behold email address suddenly not recognised. Now having read the reviews from many people having the same issue wish I'd never bothered. Will be calling OVO tomorrow and deleting app now
Three phone calls, downloading the AXS app as well and at least an hour of trying and the tickets would not load into either apps. So, last night, I had to go early, join the long queue at the box office at the venue to get a printed ticket. This system is shameful and its on you to sort it out. How have you managed to create a booking system that puts me off ever attending your venue again? Congrats.
As all the other reviews are saying, this app does not let you log in after signing up ('invalid email'?), so there is no way to access your tickets. They need to sort this out asap
After seeing plenty of reviews on here saying the app doesn't let you log in, lo and behold I run into the same problem. If I miss my gig in September because they can't run a proper app I'll be livid.
Never loads and always crashes. Not ideal when trying to access tickets for an event!
Useless, if could rate zero would do. Installed and registered ok, then failed to open after that. Tried messaging with no response, reinstalling had no effect. First and last time going to arena if this app is needed. Congrats, you lost business.
App keeps closing. Just signed in with the same email I purchased tickets but app still refused to show tickets.
Don't know what everyone else's issue is, I had no problem signing up and getting access to my ticket purchased through the AXS app
Installed the app, waiting to get in. Keeps closing on me. Repeatedly tried to access it.
Doesn't work. Missed a concert because of it. Tickets never loaded properly, just got stuck saying they would load in a few hours. I won't ever use this app again, or book a concert at Wembley arena until they use email or paper tickets. Can't believe how terrible this is.
Pathetic application. Whenever I want to zoom in to select the seats, it refreshes the screen and takes back to Book Tickets screen. Haven't had such a terrible user experience with any app earlier.
Crashes on launch. Had to queue for box office, along with everyone else. Completely unfit for purpose and serves only to take up space and presumably push adverts. Opt to print your ticket instead
Terrible app, can't even see my event in there let alone my tickets. The website states you can only pay for the lounges using this app, good luck with that!! I'll have to try calling the venue direct, and we'll complain to ticket master. Sort this out please!!! Vip tickets didn't show until gone and no notification. Turd.
Very poor experience. Will never order tickets for this venue again. Ordered tickets in June still not arrived with less than two weeks to go.
Absolutely useless! Says login info is incorrect (Which it isn't) and then locks up if I try to reset login.
Utter failure, even the Wembley box office couldn't get it to work, and Ticketmaster helpdesk were the usual drones repeating the same stock copy/paste replies
absolute disgrace. Tickets takes ages to appear, app crashes often customer service queues takes over 1 hour. I'll make sure to not attend any more events that uses this ticketing method
Worst app ever. You force people to download the app to access tickets and then the app doesn't even work. I missed an hour of a concert due to this app. Will never book anything in sse arena again
Would be good if it worked, cant get past the login screen! Bad request every time? need to fix this apparent fault with it then may be worthwhile using it
To access the tickets you have to download this app. IT DOESN'T LOAD OR WORK! Why are you forcing people to do this? At least fix the problem instead of ignoring it. Such a waste of time!
Would be great if the shop worked, trying to buy merchandise in advance & when choosing my payment method it just flashes the error message "lead not found" with zero explaination of what that actually means
Not accepting my log-in details: saying they are wrong. No they are not. App doesn't work. Cannot access tickets. Time wasted and what a yawn! Its a no from me.
Can't open this ap. Tested a week ago to get tickets. On day of show it will not open????
Can't access the tickers dreadful app
Couldn't give it 0 stars unfortunately. Completely useless. Managed to create an account (second attempt it decided to change my email address the first time). Verified the email address (despite the "open email" button actually opening PayPal), but it comparisons that the account doesn't exist when I try to access my tickets. As this seems to be the only way to get in to the place, I imagine that the arena is going to be a bit quiet.
