I keep receiving a problem with connecting message. Contacted Steakager and they suggested purchasing a device to turn off the power of the appliance once a day for 5 minutes. I can not recommend this software or their appliance. Plus the owners will not honor their warranty.
If that, besides the no connection message that pops up all the time, I just lost 32lbs of prime Rib Eye Roast. Because on day 28 when I went to pull the roasts, it was 80° and the roasts were ruined. Their push notification didn't push no warning messages at all. I'm so done with this brand.
Pro40 and bluetooth dont seem to like each other. Device easily found on my android but connecting is very difficult. Should be a snap but...
does not bluetooth with my ager on a regular basis. I have the master 15 and once in a blue moon it connects.
Won't connect, at all. Through wi fi or bluetooth.
Just lost 10 lb ribeye because this app doesn't truly work.
The app needs a lot of tlc. Many things were not as I'd expect them to be and it only shows you the temp and humidity for the past hour, unless you want to download the csv and look at it but who would want to do that (i just use a thermometer and hydrometer that give me the avg, inside the unit) I only tried using the app maybe 4 times and found it useless.
