Great set-up, has lots of different mobile options and very easy to navigate. Make sure to get the mobile app and not just use the online access to your account. It helps with depositing checks and accessing your account on a daily basis.

I keep trying to download my statement to my google drive but it won't let me change my default so it keeps downloading to my phone's internal storage.

Used to be a great app then they did an update. Took over 10 tries to do a "check deposit". Kept getting different error messages. Never had this problem in the past. Think they need to take a look at the update as others have complained about the check deposit being unstable.

Very convenient and easy to navigate even for non-tech savy person such as myself. Only downfall I came across was my inability to locate on this app where to order new checks. Is this option no longer available.....did I miss the memo!!??? Thank you.

App is pretty good but the check deposit feature is slow and very nit picky. It fusses about who the check is made out to (even when it is clearly made out to you) and whether or not you wrote "for mobile deposit" on the back, even if you endorsed it. Very clunky.

I like that it shows what was put into my account. And that it shows my loan and over draft also. And that i can pay from my phone on the app. What i dont like is that when i buy something or pay a bill it doesn't always subtract it the same day from my account. Especially when the weekend comes. Because of this issue it has made me over draft several times. If i dont have the money in my account it should send me a message telling me so before it goes to over draft.

App used to be great. Now it has all sorts of issues with taking the pictures of checks for deposit. Landscape vs. portrait. Questions about the back of the check but it displays the front of the check. Ugh.

There needs to be a way to resolve card blocks on the account (due to travel, unusual spending, ect...). Summit blocks my card wayyyy too often and the only way to resolve it is to call in and wait on hold during the small window of time that most people, myself included, are working. Every other bank and credit card I've used sends a text, call, or app notification asking to verify suspicious activity and allows you to freeze and unfreeze the card. Why not Summit?

My branch is fantastic. Too bad they use an under-developed app that performs poorly. Automatic pmts are ~NOT~ tracked in real time. Unable 2 see ~any~ activity on my SFCU VISA CREDIT CARD. Some of their "auto" pmts take *weeks* to process bc SFCU sends -paper- cheques via USPS... just like I would. Why use the app for "electronic" pmts? The POC info is incomplete, often having ZERO contact info re: merchants, which makes ?ing sketchy buys impossible 😬

The mobile check deposit is pretty horrible. I have the hardest time getting a check deposited now. Before they updated the app I had no issues now it is a huge struggle and I have a good phone too.

Very professional staff. I always have good experience banking here. The staff at SUNY Cortland and Route 281 are the best. Cathy always make students feel great. Her smiles and encouragement carry me and my friends through the stressful days at campus. I wish you could give out treats and special pen or some sort of sticker notes with Summit logo once in a while to students. I love everything about Summit ,period.

Love the app, but wish it would allow me to pay extra principal and from routing number order debit/credit card from other C.U. too payment options too inflexible other than that it works great. Fix those things and you'll get five stars.

Everything is great except the mobile deposit check part- it takes about 10 minutes just for a check to deposit and my internet is fairly fast! Sometimes I have to go back on the app to accounts and then go back and try again top deposit a check

The app is great. What i dont like is the additional charges to complete banking online, i.e. a $35.00 additional charge to pay a bill. In current times the bank should amend policy in an effort to provide continued exemplary services to its clients.

Cant even deposit my checks. Once i take picture of the front it logs me out for 'inactivity', even though i've only been logged on for less than a minute. I just want money on my card, tge least they can do is make an app thats functional

App is awful. Do not use the check deposit function on this app. Your check will be pending for days on end before being deposited.
