App is amazing for training

I have had to uninstall this app 3 times because of login in procedures. I have signed in once I have done that and I exit out of the app and try to go back into it it says I have to login again. Why? Also once I get to the login screen it won't go past it even after putting the correct name and password. This is very annoying and I know its not my phone because its brand new and everyone on my staff is having the same issue!
I think its a wonderful app by the cicis company. It covers all of its intended uses. Abd is a wonderful way to encourage employee participation. I have my complainsts however. In some of the apps training modules, it shows an arrow even when the lesson isnt completed, and it gives some confusion as to what to t Do. Other than that, its fantastic.
