The biggest problem I've had with this app is accessibility - specifically being randomly unable to log in. On rare occasions I'm able to complete a successful login; most times it won't let me in, although I can immediately use the EXACT same information to log on thru the website. Once inside the app, it's nothing particularly spectacular. The layout is a bit odd. The only real advantage I found was that it was a bit easier to view on mobile devices than the website. Finally had enough and uninstalling.
Two star rationale: 1. You can, if you persevere, manage to do a mobile deposit. That is the sole reason for the two stars instead of one star. Ways to Improve: 1. Make the app an actual app rather than the full browser website on a 3.5 in screen. You must zoom in, scroll over, etc. Brutal. 2. Streamline the log in process. Other banking apps allow a PIN or other personal access code to be used. If this is considered unsecure, continue to use the current system, but at least make it mobile friendly. Simple, if the app were actually an app, then the user experience would be dramatically improved.

Only thing it could be good for is mobile deposit and it doesn't even work for that. Absolute junk.
This app is simply the website. Very user unfriendly. You have to zoom in just to be able to read it or enter your information. Lame.
All it is a poorly formatted mobile site... not formatted at all for phone.
This is a concise shortcut to all TnCU resources, but it appears to basically just be a web browser with hard coded links to TnCU resources as opposed to an 'app'. Of course, the persistent TnCU ad at the bottom of the screen and TnCU banner at the top of the screen effectively shrink the size of my screen, as opposed to when I access Smartbranch from Chrome mobile browser. Overall, I think I'll pass until this is a stand alone app with some sort of functionality not available via the standard web interface.
Not impressed. Could do all that without the app.
Frustrating app. Looks like a middle school assignment. Good luck getting remote deposit set up, sorry remote capture. It requires a second log in and account set up?! Which personally is one of the main reasons for my downloading the app. As it's entirely too cumbersome, I'll be deleting it.
