The latest update is TERRIBLE. App no longer clearly distinguishes available balance from pending and the UI overall is more confusing and misleading. Whoever did this redesign should be fired. I hope you didn't pay to have this done.
An old credit card that was cancelled years ago because someone hacked into it out-of-state keeps popping back up in my account online. I have to waste time calling and waiting long periods of time sometimes to get it removed repeatedly. This is frustrating and I do not understand how it could happen.
I had the same issue as Dan K until I figured out I had to log in to my Google account first, then I could log in to my TTCU account. Fortunately, you only have to do that once. Then, it took some time for my wife and I to figue out how to transfer funds to each other's accounts. It was that little detail of adding a "0" at the end of our account numbers instead of using the letter. And then there is this business of having to use two different user names and passwords: one for the initial log in and one to check your credit card. Bottom line is that the learning curve for this new system requires way too much time. Something that was supposed to make our banking experience easier, ultimately made it much more difficult.
Wish I could give ZERO. "Invalid Account". Too bad I've had this account number for over 12 years now. Even tried the new number I was given. Why force an app on us? I was perfectly happy using online as an option. Now I can't even access MY money. My entire family banks here and no one is happy with this update, all of us are having issues with it. Looks like we will be switching banks with the new year.
Does all the basic stuff you expect from a banking app. No frills but I consider that a plus. The app can be janky at times, especially with mobile deposit but thankfully, the bank tellers are usually friendly.
I have been having this account for over 5 years and its saying that the account number is invalid! This app is horrible, I miss the option of just logging in on the website. I just want to check my balance!
Credit account shows no transaction information and locks me out whenever I try to log in to the credit card page. Wish they hadn't disabled the website to force the use of this terrible application.
I have since changed my first rating from 1 to 4 because the problems I encountered have since been resolved. I gave a 4 because I don't like the fact that we have to go to an exterior site to log into the credit card page. Other than that I'm fine with it now.
Too slow now that it has changed.
Immediate transfers, no issues in over 3.75 years, excellent bank as well. The app has improved a ton and besides some unscheduled shutdowns the servers are good.
This app is horrible. Whoever upgraded their system was clueless. If there's ever an issue and I need to log in to my account from my phone, I'm screwed.
I've been a member since at least 1985 . The online app is hard to use so I don't but I do use Express Call frequently. When I call the Main office I'm always treated well.
Rate is a 0 if I could! The app is saying my account number is invalid which it is not. No optional to get help for that issue!
Horrible new update and now I have to Mobile deposit my check every week since I now work and live 2 hours away from any branch and they first accepted the check then check a few days later to make sure it's there a couple days before Thanksgiving and it says rejected for unclear image. I wanna know who is gonna reimburse me for taking the time to miss work so I can go cash my check? If it ain't broke don't fix it!
Wife had problems linking accounts after TTCU modified the online site, but I think all currently is going good. Time will tell.
Practically worthless. No other bank could get away with such a crappy app. Unreliable and bulky.
It doesn't work well. It is hard to get in to Theres errors often an wont even open.

This redesign is awful. Can't check your avaliable balance at a glance, only shows total without subtracting pending. Have to log in to even see your pending balance and the app is much MUCH slower than the previous version. You must change it to show pending vs total and optimize it to not be so slow. The last version was perfect, don't fix what isn't broken. I'd give the previous version 5 stars.
