The Toll Roads

It was easier to find my statement since the update. I dislike the statement format. It is still difficult to read, not just the tiny print on my phone, the layout seems to have been formatted by an inexperienced newbie to start and there's been no revision since I started using my transponder about 5 years ago.

I would NOT recommend this app. I thought the app would make things easier. A month later I get a letter for 'violating' and not paying the toll when I paid the NEXT day and have a receipt for it. I'll be speaking to someone about this when it's not the weekend, but this app is more of a hassle than it should be. Would not recommend unless you want a $2 to be charged as a $55 because they can't properly look through records.

The fees due are deceiving. The amount due looks like this $-5.55. This looks like you have a credit of $5.55. There should not be a negative sign in the amount due. Either one of 2 things. You want to deceive people so you get late fees, or your dev team doesn't understand math. Simple math, its not hard. Fix this!

Cannot log in to account. Put my username and password and it doesn't recognize it, put in my account number and still will not recognize it. I've gotten into the website, reset my pass word and it still will not let me log in. Very frustrating. Need another transponder.

Does not work. Says it will show tolls after 48h, but I checked for days and it showed nothing. Three weeks later I get a violation in the mail. Also, ux is poor. Should allow entering license plate, thrn remember that and do a push notification when tolls show up for that plate.

Signed up for one time use, used estimator, deposited money, used toll road before I received stickers and system was smart enough to find my account and deduct correct amounts. Nice!

I set it up to pay the tolls during a move I was never billed, never contacted. The first I hear of the toll is a violation notice, 5 weeks later. TTR dropped the ball, and I got to deal with the consequences.

This app used to work great. But lately ONLY some of my tolls are showing and others not at all. I have to call the toll center each time so they'll make a note of it. Otherwise they'll send me a violation a month later.

I tried multiple times to login to the toll roads app with my username and password and was unsuccessful each and every time.

App is great. Only reason I rate it one star is because the people who make the tolls for this app basically scam people out of money. There isn't even a toll booth. Just cameras taking photos of cars as they pass.

I love this app. It's friendly user, and the design is awesome. After linking my bank account to The Toll Roads, I never have to worry about missing a payment. It is an awesome app.

DO NOT pay toll violations on this app, they will take your payment, give confirmation and reference numbers, then proceed to report to DMV of non payment for violations with added late fees, for a violations that was paid within allotted time frame! Absolute BS!!!!

it doesn't let me login, it keeps indicating that the password and username don't match while I can easily login with on the browser.

I have always had an excellent experience talking over the phone with "ca toll roads" employees. Such a wonderful persons. Can't get any better. Thank you.

Perfect app its very useful just press that and thats it ready to go i will recommend this.. I forgot to pay toll fee when im driving my mountain bike on freeway from golden gate to LA luckily i have handicab excemption issued to my MOUNTAIN BIKE thanks again.. See ya in the freeway

Tried to sign up to this app to pay a toll would not let me said my license plate did not exist I don't think this app is up-to-date or using the proper upgrades would not use this app or suggested to anyone must be a scam

Quick and simple to make payments and enter my vehicles. I won't have to worry whenever my kids borrow my vehicles and drive on the toll roads. They don't know that it's something that can be avoided.

Easy to use, clear-cut user interface. Most stress-free experience yet!

Glad to have oppurtunity to pay toll charges without any service charge or additional fees added on. The app makes this transaction very convenient & streamlines the process.

You should really be giving Google 1/2 of all the one time payments.... Maps will do whatever it takes to get you to go through a few toll lanes. Still, at least there were no cops.... 110mph? Thank you f Toll Roads. PS.... I see deer crossing signs.... How many deer get on the freeway each year, best guess... Ty.

App is less functional than their website. And buggy left menu that overlaps other button links.

I think we paid enough taxes and they can easily make money selling bill board advertisements. There should definately be a much higher speed limit.

They should include an option to get notified whenever a toll is used.

I was able to sign up with the app, but after that the app keeps closing at login, I cannot use it.
