The Tribez: Build a Village

I've been playing this game for so many years already. But now, it is very frustrating. Everytime I open the game my progress was lost. My money the stuff that i completed was lost and need to the same thing all over again then when I close the game and reopen it is still the same, the progress was never save and it goes back far away from my progress in the game.

I have played this game for a very long time. I began when there were just 5 islands and not many peripheral challenges; there was a lot less land on each island too, but now it has become a completely new game and I'm really enjoy all the variety. The only problem I have with the game is that, I completely lose myself and time while I'm there; I can be there for hours....... 😃

Love this game, I've spent a lot of time working to get it to where I have it now. But since the last update it won't let me play. Usually it kicks me off before the game loads to 8%. If it does load, the progress will not save and it won't let me move Islands. I've Uninstalled/reinstalled 2X trying to fix the issues to no avail.

The development team have done a very good job here. This is a large and complex game, so it's not surprising there are some game play holes. However easily one can accept these, it's very frustrating to find ones so large as this. On "Farmer's Bay" properties can only be purchased with resources (or many crystals), but one required resource is "exotic juice" which is only available on property needing it for purchase. This is a circular reference - a classic beginner's mistake.

I've always enjoyed this game but it does take time to do. So be prepared to be in it for years. Quite addictive. Love it. Lately the game has become very glitchy. I finally got the latest side game now my game won't load again. This keeps happening & if they don't fix this problem I'm considering deleting the game once & for all. Used to play it all the time now can't play it as it won't load .

Thank you for developing this game. It's been 3 weeks playing this game and still very enjoyable. I got beautiful graphics, pleasant and interesting places to explore, fun and challenging quests to complete as well as great story. All the good quality in only one game. But there are times when the server connection's lost. It stole some of the entertaining experience when playing this game. Wish this could be fix.

The updates are too frequent yet most of the time the change isn't even that major, except for the sporadic special events. It would be nice if you could see the quests specific to the island you are on. It would be even better if quests only opened when you are able to complete them. It's pointless being asked to build something that can't even be unlocked at that level. The list of quests gets overwhelming.

I have always loved this game so much. But nowadays it has become quite frustrating. Every time I try to visit any neighbors island, it always asks for an update. I don't know why this game is getting so many frequent updates when game play isn't improving at all! I still keep losing buildings, there are a lot of glitches, and now it takes a lot of time to load to the game, especially why travelling from one island to another. I hope they fix these issues, specially reduce the amount of upgrades

Allot of fun but definitely on the expensive side as far as games go. Excessively expensive. I would rate it higher except for the fact that there are allot of things you can't do or get unless pay real money. I don't mind spending money on a game but the prices in this game are mind blowing so I don't. A real shame. It is a game to be played slowly over time so patience is needed. Does glitch but the support team are pretty good. There are buildings that you need requiring gems, that cost money

I like the game a lot, especially due to its various islands and related different gameplays. The only problem is that the app freezes or the loading sometimes lasts for several minutes, even though the internet connection is good. And because of this, the last changes/progress may not be recorded

I fell in love with this game. I like having a "clan" of other people I can talk to and even ask questions. I play on both my phone and my computer. The two do not sync but have two different clans is FUN! Been playing for around three years now. Level "106" and experienced major glitches. I let them know...now I wait to see if the fix my problem. I cannot leave the first island, plus nothing I do gets saved. I really enjoy this game. I hope they actually fix it.

Down to 1 star. Been about 3 months of not being able to access the game. Can't even get past the loading screen. I've rebooted the device, tried multiple different WiFi sources, unitsalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Nothing. Contacted customer support multiple times and they have done nothing but say "help is coming soon." Clearly it hasn't. This is a real shame because I really enjoyed this game and spent money on it.

Love the game been playing for about 5 or 6 years now, sadly I do struggle with it, losing stuff you've been waiting for or it doesn't register progress. However now I can't get in at all the start just freezes. I've checked the tablet all OK tried going into apps to clear the cache can't find it I'm stumped,!!!!

Update4/28/22Just updated the app again and now it wont even open! It shows then dinosaur and then loads to 8% and closes out. I tried to use the web address the "Game Insight" repiled with and it froze my phone and I had to reset it. 4/9/22 Updated and still it is freezing up and I can not send items with the zeppelin. Please fix, as I have spent a significant amount of time building my village

Great game! Would give 5 stars apart from 2 things, one when collecting resources such as food and money it doesnt always happen which can be very frustrating when you have waited say for half hour for food and it doesnt get added to your current amount. Also apparently i have to upgrade but when i click to upgrade it just comes back to google play and says play NOT update so now im stuck! The contact us questions dont have an option for these questions, please help as i really am enjoying it.

I really really need help! I've been playing this game for years. It definitely is my favorite. I've come very far. And I play everyday. But lately I've been struggling with loading issues. When I want to change between islands, it loads forever and when I have to watch an ad to receive a bonus or something, the game just logs out by itself. I have reached a point where I don't even want to play anymore because I get so frustrated with these issues. Please help me.

I used to really love this game, but it's so sluggish now. It's constantly shutting down and affecting my overall phone performance. It's a huge game with a lot of data so I understand there might be problems but this last update completely amplified them. If it's not fixed, I'll probably uninstall.

Too many issues with each updates. Currently switching islands take so long to load. On race day keep getting can not connect to the server please try again. Or no internet connection. And can't access the the clan or task list. Loses a lot of resources. Have to kepp restarting the game. Use to be a very enjoyable game, It very frustrating now.

Have been playing for a few years with no issue. Now it's terrible. All of a sudden started freezing. No matter what I did it would remedy it. Then purchased buildings disappeared. No refund given. Went from a really fun game to a waste of time over night.

Its a very nice game. Graphics, tasks, everything is so good. Its very interesting, and once you have play this, you wont stop.. because its so addicting. The only issue is, it takes so long for the loading if you open the game. It consumes too much mb.

What happened with the game? So often it's just got frozen on 42% while loading or changing the islands. And recently, my last progress in the race, my rewards - all gone after coming back to the game the next day.. Which is happening also very often, when you progress in the game, then leave the game and next time you're opening the game, the progress you had was in vain.. Why it happens? I really like the game and sincerely hope it can be fixed.

So after playing this game for over 2 years I upgraded phones and have lost all my game data...update. IT was able to restore ALL of my data 😃 they were patient with me even though I had a lot of questions and everything is up and running again. Great game!

Fixed. Thanks. Got notified I couldn't go on without an update. But, there's no way to get an update that I could find. Played some of the new edition too which is also great. Love the different islands and challnges. Enjoy no timers too. I hate being rushed. I've been playing this game on and off for years now. I always end up coming back to it and find new surprises each time. Customer service is good too if you ever need them. UPDATE: 4/24/22 Needs updaye again but doesn't allow me to do one

The game hasn't worked for about a week now. I complete something in one village and then try to go to the next it will freeze up. When I log back in what ever I did is reset. Definitely not going to be spending another dollar on this app tell it gets fixed.

Was a great game but now it's full of glitches & now it's keeps disconnecting from server which conveniently happens during the Dino Race & no it is not my internet as everyone in our clan is having the same issue. Try fixing the glitches that have been ignored for months now, like the game freezing at 42% load when trying to move from one island to another. UPDATE, I did contact support about this last year & they have done nothing to fix it. Still freezing at 42% when moving between islands.

Haven't been able to log into game for 3 days now. Says i need latest version but there are no updates for me in store. I've tried reinstalling from scratch and nothing. Edit: now game installs but crashes consistently. This last update has made the game non-functional. Please fix or rollback.
