Very good app for news. But ads make the experience bad. There should be ads-free version also.

Good App. One suggestion, a reader may be able to register his views online on news clipping. There is no such provision. TOI has very nice provision for that. Letter to editor should also be available on line, may be it can appear after verification.

Ads will pop up with loud noise all of a sudden disturbing all around

I like the reporting content and it's speed; and I guess that's what the tribune stands for. But from a graphics perspective, the presentation is too noisy. The pain points include typography, incoherent inclusion of images/ videos/ ads, and over-emphasised colour fills. Hope that helps.

The app does not have a feature where I can select a particular city and see news only for that city. Also there are too many ads.

Best for present day news But it shows the first page only of the previous days newspaper even after subscription. Suggest the solution to view all the pages of previous days.

After payment still not able to read old paper in app

Excellent app. So glad to see that the tribune hasn't gone the same way as toi and the Hindu while designing their app. This app is informative and streamlined and relatively straightforward. Only suggestion for improvement that I'd give is that the thumbnails take forever to load and sometimes it appears that the app lacks optimization. Other than that, full marks

Can't see past issues of paper. Only one page displayed. Waste of money. Better buy hard copy.

Its horrible app..they just take your money after that its really horrible..now this stupid app take me out of account after payment and now I am unable to login ..I even tried to reset the password but god knows ..what use 8 characters mean according to them..plzzz dont download this app..there are tonnes better then this..I think the tribune guys think they have earned enough for whole life hence this app

This is a brilliant application. The notifications are on spot and on time. I've been reading this prestigious newspaper since last 20 years and my father used to write for the middle column. Walking down the memory lane and contemplating on the contemporary time one thing that hasn't changed is the quality and sheer brilliance of this great newspaper. Absolutely love this app.

I have categorically used all the major news apps. Now, I have choose this app, since it is extremely easy to use and read. Moreover, news articles are also latest and updated. However, need more content such as science and podcast.

Love the app, love the news. Wished it covered other states too apart from the 3 in states section. Also, one error, though not that problematic is that special characters are displayed as the code entered, not as special characters, e. g., "; & amp" instead of & etc.

Overall this app is great, but the version(2.8.5) is not that good. I don't know why the developers have changed some user friendly features like(read newspaper in HD) etc. I would recommend you to download previous version of this app(version 2.8.3).

UPDATE: In that case give an option if a user wants offline access and want to give storage access. Please don't force. ***** Forcing storage access for viewing epaper. It is absolutely not required just to view the epaper. It is only required if you want to save a clip/image. Please consider stopping the misuse of storage access permission.

No option to stop videos playing automatically, what's the point of reading the news article of i was to watch the video instead? I rather be on YouTube than use your app in that case. Update... Deleting this app cause of the above noted issue . Adios!!

Lot of advertisements , can't read e-newspaper as half the screen size is covered by advertisement and we can't remove that advertisement content really bad experience. I have been using it for long time but this new upgrade make it a worse application. Please amend it . Hope for an appropriate response

Very good app with new news feed every hour and the most important thing is it presents its Newly readable edition every night at 12. And as well the evening brief at 5pm is also very much important... so thank you so much for such a timely updation and the Transparency of the news with bold and crystal style

Actually was a student of ielts and with the help of this newspaper I get to learn many new words and i attain good knowledge about not only of my surrounding, but also of whole world. However there are some problems occured due to advertisements present in this app, but i think this problem could be neglected because of the knowledge this app provide ,which works as boon for ielts students. I got 7 band score, which I think this was possible by this newspaper. At last, thanks 🌹 a lot for this

My favourite paper I like its presentation whic has full credibility. Its balanced representation approach for adds and for different regions. I miss it when out of North. The Management should consider to publish the paper in other parts of India

I am reader and subscriber of The Tribune for 28 years. I trust this newspaper for it quality of journalism, the content and values exposed by The Tribune.

Please put an option of Go to date so that archive edition of the esteemed newspaper can be accessed anytime. Also update Chandigarh edition on regular basis.

Inappropriate ads. I have reported some ads as inappropriate but the app does not replace the same and continue the same as for several days. Repetition of ads. Same ad is repeated for several days and several times in same day.

Altogether a good app and detailed news with good writings. I have a problem of annoying ads. Tried to go for a premium plan but looks like there isn't any option.

The Tribune is an excellent newspaper but the app is non-intuitive, cluttered with ads and focused on advertising revenues. The Tribune can certainly make a good app and I hope they do.
