Cute, nicely done, fun to watch, but nothing special.
Great job by the BBC! This app gives just enough interactivity alongside the beautiful scenery developed. It is a superb start to your Daydream experience, and is also perfect for demoing to your friends and family. RECOMMENDATION: Use this app first before daydreaming with other apps in the session. It causes quite the amount of heat and pull on the CPU, and you want to avoid any sort of overheating.
A very short story. Nice scenery, limited interactivity. Worth a watch but not enough of an experience to relive it more than once.
When I hand someone my Daydream view to try out, I almost always put them in the Turning Forest. It makes for a great intro to VR and has stunning visuals. If I absolutely had to come up with a critique, I might say that I wish it was a bit more interactive.
If you haven't experienced VR before, start here. It's very short, but this is how VR was intended to be used. Brilliant. Please make more experiences or full games in the future. Would love to spend more time in a world like this.
My Google Pixel device overheats (which is understandable for that tech) during the show and I can't finish watching it. I couldn't find any way to resume watching from the last time, so I can only watch the beginning over and over again :(
This VR took me away into another depth. It was calming and soothing. Would be great to use as a therapeutic option.
Creature opened his mouth near me and I hurled my daydream view across the room. 10/10. Would play again.
Very simple VR experience, but my son really enjoyed the style. He is only 4 and didn't want to use the controls. Therefore the automated storytelling was perfect.
It's an interesting demo, but the pace of the story feels heavy handed and the "staging" can be a little confusing. The scenery is pretty though. Worth downloading and checking out, but the novelty wears off after a single viewing.
I have to say, the background music is great. The show itself, is kinda slow, and lack of interaction. But overall it's a good app for demo.
This game was a nice surprise. My first vr experience and it Sounded as well as looked fantastic. Very good!
Think it's great for kids as a one off short story. Actually felt like I was in a fairy tale and think my young relatives would love it.
It's relaxing and fun and it's short but it's really beautiful I hope they come out with a new story
Beautiful story told with taste. No reusability. Works great on Daydream.
Great intro to VR and a good story. Some of my family were a bit surprised by this game.
The production values of this short story are amazing. More please!
Okay, wait. This was a nice, short story, and the scenery was beautiful, and I absolutely loved trying to play various instruments (like icicles and teeth) in harmony with the soundtrack, but I just have one question. Did I die?
My daughter is just 2 and she loves this app, it's so funny to watch her get lost when she's wearing the headset, I hope to see this project continue
This is awesome!!! I felt like I was actually in an animation! 10/10 recommend if you have a VR headset!!
Truly immersive and magical. Just wish it was longer and a little more interactive. But great job! 👏
So fun. A graphic novel in a way. Great story and amazing visuals
Bring me more. I loved this one. Made me feel like part of a story.
Really do use headphones for this! Thank you BBC for this! A really great experience and shows what you can do in VR.
Loved it! Wish there was more to watch. Longer story even.
Interesting but not something I'd spend my time to replay, ever
Too short! Wish it was longer. Worth trying out however.
Wow! Thats what my 4 year old said again and again while she enjoyed this story =). Amazingly good app.
