Since today's update app is not working at all. Earlier facing problem in IMPS, complained for the same to IT staff and branch level but no solution provided. Now from today onwards app is not opening. Branch was unable to provide support as no staff in IT dept available. How come bank runs without presence of single IT staff.......
It was working nicely before updating. Since I have updated, the app is asking me to update and is not responding. Why this app wants to record vedios as a permission to be granted?
It was working very nice on my previous mobile. But when I installed it on other mobile it is continuously crashing when I want to track my imps transaction status... Team uccb kindly help

nicely crafted app but still feel some of the option such as create fixed deposit in app and recurring deposit option should be made available for the ease of the customers
Worst app every time in error after entering otp during money transfer .aap says that otp is invalid .worst experience.

Worst app not working call bank several times but they can't do anything.

Worst interface ever This app asks you to enter email for mailing your statement but then says 'This email not registered with the bank', which is not the case in reality. Then it asks for entering selected letters of your name and phone number as a password for statement, but when you enter it, it shows invalid. Worst banking service and worst app ever.
