Mostly addresses great topics with great interview candidates, though a few are fringe. The host usually does a solid job but occasionally wanders on useless tangents. (Example - discussing with Weil the species of fungi he harvests near his home, something relevant to 2% of listeners, instead of discussing health benefits of fungi available to 98% of listeners.)
Excellent podcast for any one intrested in a healthy life style. Its been very motivational for me to get on the right track to healthier living. Love listening to it well driving.

The rewind option was odd. Also would like an option to put listened to episodes to the back of the list
I meant add to my review as much as I am an alternative health advocate. I had to say that some of the experts are highly questionable but also many are unethical also. I nearly stopped listening when they had Dave Asprey of Bulletproof on. About the only thing he advocates is ensuring you are empty of pocket for his over priced products. Let's say make sure you research rather than blindly believe. There is lots of fantastic info but remember the above.

I've been listening to this platform for over 2 years and it's done so much to help me grow as a person. I started listening to this podcast during a very dark time in my life and Jesse and Marni were able to help me grow out of my various addictions and live a much healthier life.
