The app launches automatically when the scale is connected. The interface is intentionally very simple. Touch the main weight text to tare (zero) the scale. Long touch the same text to reset the zero offset, i.e. clear the tare. The weight is spoken out load as it changes to in use.
The units is where this app shines. Touch the units text and use voice recognition to change the units. I've included several unit types and more can be easily added by appending the xml files. The units type is selected by doing a simple keyword match. Weights are just plain weights, such as pounds. Volumes require a matching density to work. Any volume can be paired with any densitie. Since the app is just looking for keywords the recognition is very flexible. You could say "flour in cups" or something more complex like "please switch the units to cups of flower", it works the same way.

It will say everything is 0 grams until around 28 grams. Then everything weighs the same. The next jump is to 56.85 grams. It seems anything from 3-4 ounces reports this exact same weight (which is actually wrong!). The same scale reads accurately on my computer.
It just a scam to get you to buy a digital scale that doesn't even work with this worthless app...
Seems to work well, but it only reads whole ounces, it doesn't read the 10ths, which is why it starts at 28 grams when in that scale. It would get 5 stars if it read the 10ths.
App Would not even open for me to use
Works like a charm, the one and only TRUE scale app. Does exactly as advertised

Never would open
I was hoping this was the one. I was wrong. It wont even open. I get the" unfortunately this app has stopped working" before it even started working!
It sucked
App works as described. If it doesn't work for you, try using a different OTG cable. I found I had to use one with external power, but it worked perfectly.
