The Union Bank Mobile Banking

I've never had a problem with this app before until recently. Every time I try to open the app, it says, "Application has violated security policies and will be shutdown." And then it forces itself closed. I hope they fix this soon!

App is ok. It's not the most robust banking app I've used. Checks aren't "read" when you mobil deposit. It's simply taking a picture and someone has to perform the transaction, which slows things down. Also can't make a bank-to-bank transfer. Also no way to turn on any alerts for account balances, transaction amounts, etc. But, it does the basics. You can see balances, make account transfers, and use the online bill pay from within the app.

Doesn't seem to work with samsung galaxy s22 ultra nor the galaxy tab s8+. Bank states that the technology exceeds them and keep trying the app....it will eventually work. Not very comforting knowing my bank doesn't keep up with current technology.

Very basic app compared to other online banking apps. Your options expand if you log on through the website, but I prefer being able to do the same things on the app.

Convenient and it works well.

Not a good app, crashing all the time, never works from 1am-5am it seems, limited capability, usually get an error when trying to do an external transfer.

Great app from a great bank with excellent customer service. Sometimes smaller institutions struggle to keep up with the resources of larger ones. The Union Bank works hard to provide the tools and still maintain the personal interactions you can only find at local banks.

I unfortunately am broke. But I have deposited 2 checks on line, and there was no issues. I know that the people in the bank are pleasant, for the most part. Only issue is that they need a days notice for a large withdrawal. Only bank ever request that. But overall a decent bank.

If an update is available the app cannot be used until it is installed. Very inconvenient when it's important to use app but not enough time to load it. Users should be given a grace period. This is another instance where the user/client's needs are not given priority.

Everything is easy, except I have to turn off USB debugging in order to open the app. That's not required another bank applications. I wonder why.

It's very helpful app to have. I use it all the time. It's convenient. I can use it any time anywhere. I like not having to be at home and hassle with using my computer to access my account.

Was able to use this app since the beginning. Until 2 weeks ago. App won't open. Looking for another bank with mobil banking

The employees of the Westerville Branch are the best. They helped me get information together I needed and even though I was unable to come in personally. They mailed them to me and were always kind, patient, and helpful.

Sometimes just flat won't let you log in. Goes down way too often for an app that can touch all of my money, which makes me very nervous.

It's ridiculous how often this app goes down. Neither myself nor my fiancé could check our bank account for 24 hours both on the mobile app and online. There's NO reason I should ever not have access to my bank account.

I have had this app for 2 weeks and now it won't open at all and it says they can not verify my account info and it gives me a 1877 number to call. Also the website won't load my stuff either

This app is terrible been trying to log in for 13 hours now Keeps saying can not verify information. What good is this app if you can not log in. I will have carpotunnel by the time if I ever am able to login .

Very basic. App often crashes or says my banking information can't be reached. Half the time my finger print can't be read

Works well. Wish there were a few more options. Some things require the full version rather than the app.

So nice to have my current balance at the tip of my fingers any time I need it. Depositing a check couldn't have been easier!!

Will not let you click on account to see details. Actually cannot click on anything. It opens and completely freezes

This app is terrible. Your card activity will show pending one day, disappear the next and reappear the next, often times causing my account to be overdrawn because I can never get a real time accurate account balance.

Excellent Like to view accounts and it is easy for me to transfer from one account to another. Great App to use!

Need to update so the app will work with Samsung S22 Ultra...!!

It will open, but 9 times out of 10 I can't view any of my detail. It just freezes

I can not get the app to open. I checked for updates and there is not one. When it works great every time just not today.

I love the ease of use and access to our cards and accounts.
