Poorly made. It asks for your email so it can send a link authorizing the app. The link takes you to a webpage where you can download the app. The app tells you that you're logged in but wipes out any data entered to complete registration, and doesn't let you access anything that requires your information. Samsung ZFlip 3 5G. Android software version 12 (Apr 2022 update).
great Idea, not well implemented. Takes too long to open the app and once it finally opens it takes me to the wrong location and the search function is not well thought out. I can log in the old fashioned way easier and faster. Other features in the app don't really do much.
Does not seem to work on an Android device. Once logged, I was able to update user profile information, but that was about it. Could not sign in, search locations, and the app continually froze and had to be restarted. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times
Great idea, but this app does not work. I tried on my phone, laptop. Tried to log-in with both Chrome and Firefox, but neither worked. When I try to log in, it send a verification message to my email account with a link. The link is broken because when I click on it, it says bad address.
I cannot even create an account. When I get to a certain screen, it says "An error has occurred. Try to start again." This has happened every time. I have tried on 2 devices and have unistalled and reinstalled it, but nothing fixes it.
Doesn't always check in to the USO location, likely result of tolerance of location of device and stored location of USO set to very small distance, increase tolerance and/or verify stored location of facilities I stood at entrance in DFW and couldn't check in, inside after checking in on the iPad app could check in (I use to test software/hardware that I needed to try)
I really liked this app, but I removed it from my phone. This app stays in the phones memory and can not be moved to an external SD card. If they change it to make moving it an option. I would reinstall it. Because I had to delete it, I give it a 'Just OK' rating of 3 stars, otherwise it would have been maybe a 4.
App doesn't work when you are setting up and verifying your email. It basically has you start the set up process all over again everytime you open the app. I'm don't able to use it at it's full capacity. Which is a huge bummer!
Nothing works. You can't check in correctly, you can't search locations at all from what I've seen, and half the time the app will just crash instead of going to menus.
Useless for logging into my USO @ WPAFB anymore. I deleted and reinstalled the app after many frustrating failed attempts. Has the location correct on the map, but claims "this location" doesnt yet "work"......
Won't let me log in. Everything seems to be fine but it won't let me complete my login at my location. I can't get beyond clicking the link in my email. This is not good. Its useless if one can't do the basics🤷🏽♂️
Just downloaded this app and trying to navigate through the app and it freezes when you click the icon after the check-in icon. I tried restarting my phone and same issue... please fix.
App either takes forever to load or won't load at all. This app might actually have malware on it which could explain why users with Android phones have issues with it.
Only reason not a 5 star is that it hasn't been working on Galaxy S9+ since the last update. Otherwise I use it several times a week for programs and events!
The app crashes when verifying email. We joke about this, but it's always true, everything in the military is broken or failing. PMCS this app!
The app freezes every time I try to view my checklist for the pathfinder program. It's very frustrating.
Won't allow me to log in after switching phones. Recovery feature useless, clicking recovery email link takes to app install page instead of displaying or sending a recovery code.
App runs great on my Note9 running Android 8.1.0. I was able to verify my account on the first attempt, find my USO, and check-in. No issues here.
absolutely terrible app. i have never successfully logged in. many attempts in the last 6 months, same errors every time.
Verification didn't work the first 10 tines I tried. Possibly my stubborn, tired fault. But really shouldn't fail if I've checked in with the same account before...
This App is still not working, can not verify email using link. No response from support - Edit: still not working , but customer support has reached out.
Won't download to my Note 10+. It just keeps spinning. I have full bars of connectivity.
App kept on freezing. Reinstalled the app now I can't login at all using the app. Unable to complete any of the Pathfinder tasks.
App is useless won't let me check in to my USO and brings up another USO at another location as the default choice. Great idea but way to many flaws
still can't verify my account. I put I. The CORRECT code to verify every time and yet I always get"unkkwn error occurred."
I have an android, the uso app doesn't work on it. So far everyone I've met using this app on Android have all had the same issue.
It's a great way to bypass the long lines. Faster than manually checking in.

Does not work for Android phones. Used to work great but are those who update checking updated app for both Android and Iphones?
Unable to sign in, stuck in a loop. Attempt to login using the app, app tells me to check my email, email contains a link to follow, link takes me to a site to download the app.
