The Vault App

Easy to setup and use for the first time, but it won't let me submit any payments after just 1 transaction. The app gets stuck with the message "take a picture of your card" and does not offer any user input. It also couldn't scan either of my cards through the camera feature.

The first time I used it, everything was perfectly fine. Until the second time I received a money request. I got a text message from the vendor that they had sent me a request yet when I opened the app there was no unpaid request. A few seconds later, literally, I get a thank you for paying. I opened the app again and found a brand new fully paid request. I never got to view this request and do not want requests paid automatically. I had a card in the Vault app that was expired and I took it off the Vault account but the app would not allow me to add a new card. I haven't used it since..it's nothing but a hassle! It's a glitch that really needs to be ironed out as I'm sure I'm not the only one who has encountered this issue.

I've tried to install this app so many times. It never texts me the initial code to be able to use it. Tried contacting the company and all they said is "we show you received it" 😠 It's really frustrating when more and more companies seem to use it for payment and I can't even get it downloaded.

I have had only good experiences with the vault app. Everything works as advertised. It shows your bill payment and processes it instantly, that is when properly set up with you account.

Cannot use the app to send money because it freezes when I use the camera. Total fail. Also cannot re-add a deleted card, so I can never use this app until I get a new credit card. As if I would. (Btw there is no option to give camera permission). Would not consider using until next full generation.

This app is a rip off! I was charged more on my credit card than the actual amount.of my transaction. I have received no response to my inquiry through the app. I have emailed the developer and called.my credit card company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

(EDIT: Fixed the issue and allowed my card to be used again) Had to use this for one of my local businesses as a means to use my card. But as soon as you remove your card for any reason there's no entering it back in even on a new account. Makes zero sense as to why they would do that but now I cant use this service anymore. Huge flaw should be fixed asap.

Super janky. Could not see payment requests. Could not write a message in the support chat. Wrote a support request in the general help section but it would not send. I don't have any problems with other payment apps despite my phone being a bit older.

A certain flowerdelivery service whos name will remain unknown(starts with a G and end in "runner")decided to switch to this app as it's new way to accept paymentUsually the service with them is fine but this last time theywere superweird andthe customerservice chat was also incrediblely strange(not sure if I got insulted or not it was worded weirdly)anyway after that I wanted this app gone and my card off(to remove just go to detail and slide to left on it like an iPhone)my money seems safe...

Not Recommended I got this app as a way to pay for a delivery. To set up and pay my vendor was simple and fast and on that basis alone this app works very well. 5/5. I do not like, however, that I cannot delete my account easily and chat support has been slow...this is why I am giving this app a low rating currently. I do not feel secure using this app...I do not feel secure using most apps....and this is not an exception. 2/5.

First payment went through but now it won't let me add a new card message pops up with error and I double checked multiple times. I couldn't even write the support because it kept freezing.

Great app yo make fast payments. I tried to place an order at my local flower shop anf it was awesome, fast and efficient. The charges were low and that's something I really liked. I will always recommend it.

This app is great for all people. Easy to use, highly conformance, and beautiful graphics. The pro version is definitely worth it

BEWARE! As soon as they had my information, numerous charges were trying to be made to my account, one for $500; luckily, my bank didn't give them a dime. Unfortunately, I am on vacation and have no debit card, now.

I was referred by a friend and all I can say is perfection. The app is all you need to come up to speed as you conduct your everyday business.

I hate that I can not reuse a card I had previously added. Sure I can upload multiple but what's the use of the one with the money can't be readded.

Glitched! I tried to pay and got asked to take a picture of my card, but it's cut off and won't give me the option to pay!!!!

This app and the service are great know it. Quick and efficent excellent customer service...highly recommend

Numerous software issues. No customer support even though they say there is.

Can't send money as it wants a photo of my card but the bottom half of the request doesn't exist for me to actually take the photo.

I deleted my credit cards by mistake only to find out you can't reenter cards again so now vault is useless

Website is non existent and no one from support will tell you how to delete your acct/card /info. Support does not even reply and I suspect the chat goes nowhere. Smells like a scam
