We are a group of Fauji Brats with a love for travelling. Having received the chance to travel all over the country due to our parents' service, we now want to give back the same joy to the defence fraternity mixing both our loves -- the Military and Travel. We are engineers, analysts, designers and a bunch of other things but most of all, we are Fauji at Heart.
OUR STORY
Veertrip just seemed to happen as the next progression in our lives. As
Defence kids we have always held a strong affinity for the forces. We deeply respect their hardwork, dedication and sacrifice. We realized that the thing we really wanted to be associated with apart from the military was travel. Throughout our experience in and around the military we have learnt that the defence forces face a myriad of issues when it comes to travel - Last minute leaves, lack of confirmed railway tickets and most importantly unaffordable air tickets. As a solution to these Veertrip was born!

Through Veertrip we wish to enhance the lives of the Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces personnel and their families, and support them from the time of their service to the time after their retirement.

The service I have ever experienced from a flight booking site. I have cancelled my booking in first week of May. Even after repeated requests they have not returned the amount. Contacted the customer care service for more than ten times.
One of the most helpful and best app, so friendly, whenever I want to book a flight the Veer App comes first into my mind, its having an access for easy information, fast reply, what's app sharing, 24x7 service, when ever required u call dem regarding ur bookings. Fares are very low.. really great app.. keep it up Veer trip team..!!
Good interface overall. Except for the final payment part. But immediately contacted by the customer service personnel and resolved the issue. There is scope for a little improvement. Keep up.
Very user friendly and comprehensive app ....lowest convinence fee even from airline and fast processing especially there are no alterations in the fares if we hold the booking process or go back due to some reason ...... only one improvement which should be firmly looked into by veer app is that the travel cash points can be earned

This app is very very very bad and mis behavior by care oprater and many problem cancle time, not cancle self and care oprater not coprate to customer. many technical problem and not transfer call to senior adviser .this app customer care ravikant and sonia are not good team work . i am not recommend to app . Many other platform recommed to flight booking. My experience frist time not good interact to technical team and customer care team .
On 27 may 2020 I have booked my flight in air Asia through veertrip app due to operational reason flight got cancelled and the refund amount still not credited in my account .Everytime I contact with them they say amount will refund in 15 days and it almost going to be one year . Still my amount have not be refunded. Every month I got the same answer your application is in process .
I was booked a ticket through this app Jan 2022 but the flight was rescheduled,then I cancel the flight and apply for refund . The refund message was get from the airline but till this date I didn't get the refund. Very poor service 💩💩
Very poor service. refund amount has not been credited to my account since January 2021. I called the customer care too many time I got the same answer, your application is under process your amount will be refunded in in next 2-3 working days. I recommend to all defence person to book defence flights tickets use EASEMYTRIP app or website, where no convenience fees charged on defence or normal booking.

I tried to book a ticket worth 5200. The amount was deducted but ticket was not booked. I called their helpline number. They talked and did nothing. I called them atlest 20 times but everytime they say they will check and respond but they never do anything. Finally I had to file a complaint against Veertrip in Consumer Helpline. It is under process. Let's see what happens. But never ever use VEERTRIP. They are thugs. This app should be banned from playstore.
I am very glad to book air tickets through veertrip. This app is best ever I have seen. 24×7 customer service available. Here is a best thing that is low convenience fee available on this app. All over this is best app ever. Thanks to veer trip team for support to us.........
The worst App to refund money upon cancellation. Plzz don't do flight booking from this App . I booked a flight with pnr no. M2M7JM , it get cancelled due to some reason .The airline return the refund money in a week . But Veertrip has taken 2 months already.....I have called 💯 times to the staff .....but no positive response.... Plzz don't use this app and say your friends to uninstall......
I never give reviews but this app has made me to write one: 1. App: So much user friendly. Easy to operate and tickets get e-mailed to your registered email address. A copy of ticket will be sent over Whatsapp. 2. Customer service: Those people are very customer centric. I had cancellation of my parents ticket and getting that reschedule. They did just on one call. Conclusion: You have me as one of your permanent customer and will recommend to everyone whether civilian or defence personnel.
Cheapest fares for army. One of my friends suggested the app. Till today i have booked 7 tickets. No issue so fare great job. No extra things very simple and straightforward app. All payment options available. Thank you for creating this app for soldiers

Good experience with ITR filing. Process is very easy once you provide all the details your work gets done within next 2 days. Service is great they guide you with all the tax saving options and even send the computation before filing. Great work. Keep it up!
This is a fraud service ... All soldiers of Indian Army are requested not to book through this app. I have booked through this aap and the flight is cancelled but the refund is still not credited to my account after 15 days. And every time the customer care told to wait more 5 days...

Though this app is designed for army but it has options for civilians too to book flight. Very easy interface and makes things easy for people to compare and book tickets on best discounted rates. Highly recommend

Very easy to use and also offers you the discounted fares for defnece personnel..it also includes news section which is quite intersting.
Dont download this application. They can charge earlier from you some amount for claiming ITR. After they receiving amount you cannot receive any phone calls or mails from their end. And contact numbers always switched off as given in contact us.
verry good app reliable and provide you correct rate for flight and don't charge extra money and taxes blindly... i compared with some other app for the cost and the diff was very huge .... personally thanks to ths app and wish to continue like this😊.

The Veer Trip App is very convenient to Defence persons. This App brought bright future to the people who are serving in Armded Forces.
