A LOT of things don't work well. This could use some serious improvements to make it functional, however, there's too many things to address in this brief space, but I would like to say an important change SHOULD BE that you should STOP sending notifications at FIVE A.M.!! Are U serious here or is this just some stupid thing that didn't occur to you. If this keeps happening I'll have to turn off all notifications, but then I won't hear about important notices so please fix this crazy problem!!
This is one of the most useless apps I have ever encountered. Impossible to place orders without error messages for every kind of order whether it's pick up in the store or shipping or anything else. Whoever designed the app needs to be in the unemployment line. They have no idea what they're doing. I've never been able to place an order from this app where I haven't received the message about an inventory availability problem of some type. Still just as bad as ever.
There are glitches sometimes and I've had to call customer service too many times to get things linked because of "technical difficulties" error messages. However, for the most part the app is fast and easy to use. I do wish I could schedule the autodelivery dates **when I make them**, so they could all be on the same date. They should just come in the same box. But I'm going to edit and fix that soon. It just should be an option already, instead of making each new item a new date and schedule.
Got my order a week later and this app sucks. Doesn't track your order or even show what you bought. I'm gonna try not to shop online here again. I only did it because I felt the product (shark-cartilidge) is of better quality here. Also they didn't send the confirmation email instantly like most others do. They charged my account and sent me the confirmation hours later. You'd expect better from a company like this.
Excellent app! Fast, easy to navigate, with maximum product details at your fingertips. There's even an option to be notified when an out of stock item becomes available. Only improvement would be "rain check" option to get out of stock item at sale price, prepaid and shipped when available.
Great app, well designed, fast, plenty of options for purchases and subscription settings. I especially like the ability to edit subscriptions, whether it be frequency or flavor, and member rewards rounds out the package.
Somewhere between the app and your acct in the store DONT SYNC, its been iver a month that some auto ship supplies go to my old address. When i have updated my address 6 months ago😤 frustrating... the app concept is good, but needs alot of geniuses to put it together right... 4/20/22 its updating by no choice, hope they got it done right, well see.
Update: I forgot password but email never received to reset. After several attempts & now locked out of account, guess that's a wrap! So many issues always with this app! I just downloaded the app & was excited at the ease of placing items in my basket. However, I cannot remove an item from the basket in order to checkout. After trying several times, I gave up. Disappointed in that.
The app is a bit unorganized, at least for Android. When trying to apply separate filters in different categories you have to do it one at a time or else they don't apply. There's no sale section, filtering doesn't go by product type, sorting honestly sucks to me, it's easier to browse the whole store. Just really seems like you need to know exactly what you want, and if you want to take advantage of sales sign up for the emails instead since the "offers" section doesn't show items on clearance
Nightmare of a checkout experience... can't pay when default card is expired, even if valid cards are chosen. What a nightmare. That wasted about an hour of my life. You can't change the default payment method from the checkout section, and it is unclear where it is in the app (profile, for those curious). I even deleted it on the website and refreshed the app, but it was still there. Get your stuff together, VS. Yikes.
App is ok ......needs better way to compare similar products, best sellers, and promote VS branded products.... . But, didn't get buy 2 get 1 free, shipping extremely slow, pricing isn't super competitive.
Charged Without Permission I have been a customer for over 10 years. Recently, I signed up for a larger auto-delivery, and, just as before, was promised that an email would be sent before processing to allow for last minute changes or cancellations. This was never received, and that card was processed and declined. I have reached out to customer service and been told they cannot stop payment processing....yet that card has been declined four times now. Are lies a dietary supplement???
Took payment but didn't fulfill my order. Called and was told it would be corrected and it hasn't. Was charged more than was told and had one item canceled. Still have yet to hear back from them.
Supposed to get $20 off $75 purchase, never showed code, or gave it to me. Customer Service is closed. App is a ripoff saying you get a discount and then never gives it. This has happened more than once. Very unhappy 😡. Buyer beware!
The app is not user friendly. It has all the things, but it's not easy to use. The cart feature is the biggest reason for the 3 stars. It works alright but not user friendly. Not easy to take only some of the items out of the cart.
Pretty good, but when you go back to a list from an item, it starts you at the top of the list again. Very annoying when there are a large amount of items in the list. Works well otherwise.
Easy to use. Love the pictures of products and ability to see ingredients. I do prefer going to the store and asking workers about products, but this app is much better than most.
App told me it needed to be updated. Went to Google Play, no update available. Un-installed and reinstalled, failed 2x... 3rd time it worked. Hoping other app functions remain including history / shipping etc.
The rewards that we earn using our hard earned money for points expire.. thats just a bad decision on VS, makes me not want to shop with them anymore unless they have the absolute cheapest price, even then id still probably go to Amazon.
Seems pretty simple to order. It's very useful that the keep track of past orders, so it makes it easier to reorder.
I can't browse, much less place an order. "Technical issues" error keeps popping up. Please fix.
I'd rather just go to the store and shop but I'm forced to navigate the app for the deals and all that bologna just to save a couple bucks when I just want to go to the store and pick up my stuff without the app. Wish I never have to use the app but they overcharged you at the store if you don't
At your own risks. This app sucks it basically a digital ad with pictures and pricing.. Nothing you click loads just big fat waste of data getting rid of it immediately..
Best supplement store with a really easy to use app. Provides great a great rewards program with a lot of offers!
The app is very easy to use. All of the staff at the Broadway location are very accommodating, extremely helpful, courteous and very friendly. Have been using Vitamin Shoppe for several years and have never been disappointed.
Well laid out, just like the website. I have used their mail delivery for several years and find it very fast. Any order mix-ups, even if caused by my ineptitude w the site or policies, have been handled professionally with my complete satisfaction. Good and friendly phone service, too!
Very easy to use, accurate inventory for my local store, and checkout is smooth. It also keeps track of your items which makes it easy for repurchase on your next visit. GNC could learn a thing or 2 from you.

The whole time, it says shipping is free after a certain amount, usually ships same day if order placed before 6pm. Get all the way through the checkout...right at the last confirmation screen, and oh sorry, shipping is not available...unless you wait up to 6 days. Was not happy and cancelled my order
It's been exceptionally horrible lately and the website too, nearly impossible to look up anything or order online. I miss how fluid it uses to be. Secondly an issue of finding quality of high grade vs being overwhelmed by low grade with just a major name attached to the label is becoming an issue. I'm not being able to find what my Drs are wanting me to have. I also have not heard back from my suggestion of bringing in old tubs to recycle for extra points, it would reflect well on the company.
