I've installed multiple times. Try to join the club for the promised discount/cashback. It asks for a number to confirm then sends the code, then has an error and hangs... All after signing up and giving contact details etc to get promotional spam from God knows what...

It's ok and is easy to use if you know what you're looking for but that search is really terrible or maybe I'm speaking a different language. For eg "soup bowls" returned "instant soup" and all schools with the word "south" in their name. Smh

Easy to use, and smooth! this app is well written with no noticeable bugs or hitches and yet provides an exemplary user experience. it's easy to see stock levels in each store and the expected timeframe for deliveries and in-store pickups. app is well thought-out with design being a key focus. would recommend to all kiwis to use.

I was very happy with the app until it recently lost all will to find any store at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it but honestly team!

Trying to join Market club via the warehouse app.Tap to sign up.And I get this annoying ooops something went wrong message.Not sure if this is a current issue.Im a android user.Otherwise the warehouse is a handy tool to use...

Trying to use their discount on market club but it applies it and then removes it. Then payment fails before I can even put my card details in.

not enough stock of lines on special. good prices but availability Is dreadful.

Joined for market club offers. Won't log me in keeps saying oops an error has occurred.

Good app, but there's a bug with offers that lets you add multiple offers at once, but then confuses itself. I added 2 offers and it used 2nd one and marked the first one as used.

Mostly, I find this app pretty good and easy to use. However, I've noticed two pretty annoying issues - the search function needs work (as other reviewers have noted), and the app seems to keep resetting back to a prior address of mine. I've updated my address three times so far and while it'll stay corrected for a time, it seems that updates to the app cause my address to revert back. It's really frustrating and it's meant I've had a few parcels sent to my old address.

The app was great until the latest update which means things aren't loading at all. lots of errors. I'm on android. (May 2019) Update - if you ever have an order problem through the app, don't bother calling the 0800 number to sort it. It's much faster to take action yourself. I ordered a number of items which were being sent to the wrong address, in two parcels, - I called the call centre as soon as it opened and was told the address had been updated to the correct one, but it was still sent to the wrong place a few days later. Now *I* have to collect the items because they couldn't be bothered doing it. Poor customer service. Really annoying because before this I had only one other bad experience with ordering online from them... they lost my items when I did Click and Collect.

Check the address really carefully before placing an order. I've had two orders sent to the wrong address after the app defaulted to a previous address is deleted. There is no address prompt on payment, so I didn't discover the issue until I got a delivery notification, but couldn't find the package. This glitch has put me off using the app, as it's really stressful trying to sort out the mess when I no longer live in the same city

Pretty good app. Fast to use. Technical issues are rare. Products do need more detailed descriptions, unless products are particularly popular, you'll have to judge products by their pictures. If there is an assortment of a particular item to choose from, you will get a random one sent. For example a soft toy in a series, or puzzle... You should be able to choose which ones you want.

A lot of issues with default payment methods and delivery addresses. Had to delete everything and reinstall a few times. The search tool isn't great, whole categories missing, e.g. hardware and doesn't bring up everything available in a category when searching by a keyword. Comes up with a lot of items that have nothing to do with your search. It gets annoying not having the main menu available at the top of the page, have to keep hitting back right through everything you have looked at to get there.

Great for using in-store or at home, lots of features and new ones are added regularly

The only thing I would suggest is being able to keep the basket for longer. Sometimes people place a few big items on there and want to discuss it further before committing to the buy, yet when you go back it's all gone. This could be loosing potential customers. Sometimes you just want to be able to go back to your items and check it out not have to go and re add every single item. Something to consider on the user journey (customer experience).

I absolutely love this. I never have enough time to look through this place...so to be able to browse from home is great. Its clear and easy to use...thanks 👌

Got all issues sorted a lot enjoying using this app when I can't get in store.

Wishlisting doesn't work. Have to actively keep adding the same item as it gets removed and doesn't actually tell you when the item is in stock.

its annoying sort of because it corrects everything you type and changes it to one or two words when you want to look at something, other than that i think this app is ok

This app is so easy to use and even easier to spend my money 😂😂. I love that I can scan and save my receipts, price check products in store. Easily look back at my old order's. Well done Warehouse great app this is.

Great app, love the check availability in selected stores feature however it sometimes glitches and I have to close the app and restart to get it to work.

Mine doesnt have the market club option. No matter if i uninstall and reinstall etc its not there and no banner to click on to sign up to it. Other than that the app works great but how do i get market club

Could not join Market Club through the app and kept getting "oops something went wrong". I emailed and the customer service agent kept calling me "Michelle", despite my stating he was using the wrong name. No help was offered - I was asked if I could sign in now (not the issue) and then asked for my mobile number. Poor service and poor connection with Market Club. Waste of time all up.

It does it's job. I occasionally get a try again later but I just shut the app and reopen and it's fine after that. I don't like that some items are available "in-store only" so you can't even purchase for click and collect. But overall the app is better then going in-store anyway.
