Online play is not reliable. Matchmaking is sketchy, and then there seems to be a high chance that one player will be lost before the game is ended.
Great game in the concept. Falls short on singleplayer because AI is unbelievably stupid and it becomes boring quickly, and the multiplayer is almost nonexistent. Only enjoyable if you have friends that own it on the same platform you're running.
Very nice adaptation of the board game. Fragments of the original The Witcher 3 Wildhunt soundtrack in the background is definitely a plus.
Quite a repetitive game that has little in way of connection to the main game.
Excellent port of a great pc port from physical board game. Nice depth of game in general. Perfect app adaptation. Plenty of actual Witcher lore! Absolutely worth the $mall priçe.!.
The text was extremely small on my tablet, I just couldn't play, had to refund. Card text is VERY hard to read. Is there a way to scale UI? If so I will re-but.
Loved it before but now that it's been updated its just perfect!
Let me be clear.....i absolutely love the witcher games and will always stand by and support C.D. Projeckt Red hence the rating.....but this game is subpar.
Non existent AI and little PvP aspects make this game a wee bit dull...
A nice little addition to The Witcher franchise
No problems here
Nice graphics and plays smooth on Franco kernel nexus 7 tegra. One slight complaint is the tutorial could be a little better maybe a play through tutorial would help more that takes you through the steps actions in a turn. Overall more optimizations and better user tutorial and I'd give it five stars. Can't wait to try battle arena
A great quality game. Could have some more meaningful player interaction, because sometimes players seem too isolated. Also please improve AI, because it is pretty stupid. I managed to win against 3 AI opponents on my first play. Can't wait to play multiplayer.
Great game oozing with brilliant content that is finished with a lot of polish (that's polish not Polish). It's a little difficult to learn but after watching the tutorial videos and reading some of the more in-depth text gives you a basic understanding though there are still some things I'm unsure of such as what some of the dice faces actually mean. I also really like how this game uses the Nexus 9's full screen and is able to hide the soft navigation keys. I think all Android games should do this and this game leads by example by having this feature as well as being so well made. I recommend this to anyone who has a compatible Android device!
5 stars once it will be possible to save progress. Playing a single player game vs computer or hot seat should have a save option, accidentally lost 30 minutes progress and had to start over. Overall great experience on Nexus 10. Update, save got implemented which is great. However it is slightly buggy such as when saving on the turn you pick up new quest. Each time you load the game, you can choose different quests. Will give it 5 stars when that is corrected, raised to 4. Thank you!
So cool if you are an avid boardgames like me. Game itself is very immersive and soundtrack is a nice touch too.
Its a fun game but geeze I bought the game last week and now its on sale... Just my luck
Good fun but can't find anyone to play with online. Ai doesn't put up a challenge. Good variety in different characters.
Could have been a better game I thought it was more of a card game its a dice game more thena card game but it still seems alright the graphics are good it hasn't crashed on me yet Samsung 10.1 2014 edition runs great just wish they had a game like gwent
I think you need to add cross platform feature to get more downloads (-1star). All other stuff is wonderful!
Crashes every time I receive a foul fate or wound token
I love this game, I beta tested it! But, it's crashing on start on my nvidia shield tablet! UPDATE: After trying to uninstall/reinstall it just tried to refund me. So, I repurchased and reinstalled and BOOM! It works. Whatevs, I'm just happy to play the game. As promised, FIVE STARS!!
Loved the game
For the quick dev response and pointing out a game mechanic I failed to understand. I will give you 4 stars until I have had time retry the game. You guys really earned that for the graphics and sound. It is above the bar there. Now that I know I can use the devolope to move my Geralt a bit further in strength I will try again. When I started to play I assumed to much and did some things wrong. I am a big fan of Hero Quest, The Wow Board Game, Talism, and well you get the idea. So I try again and hopefully using the develop action will have me come back and change my review to 5 stars. Thanks for the quick response. You guys are doing a good thing as far as support is concerned.
I like the game but the cards are far to small to be read with out struggling. Allow for zooming functionality on the cards and map; minimally enlarge the cards or font size. The dice almost appear to be wire frame and are not cohesive with the rest of the game's graphics. Other than those things, well done! Two additional notes with the last update, the dice results notification stays on screen and the dice slide to left in the dice selection window making disappear from view, other than that, great update. Thanks
I am a huge (real as opposed to arcade) RPG fan and have been for more years than I care to remember. I hate ads and I hate IAP. I also think I own almost all RPG games that are available on Play (and meet the above criteria). I check new releases regularly, but today I decided to check other categories for a change of pace. That's when I happened upon this Witcher game. I own all the big titles for my PC, but because of health problems, I cannot sit at my desk for very long. I wanted something that was simple to learn and required strategy. This game fits the bill and if you like strategic challenges, I highly recommend it. For those new to this genre (I'm a complete newb), I recommend downloading the board game pdfs. The only negative thing I've read about this game is the badly programmed AI. As I'm new, I cannot comment on that yet as the whole game is still a challenge for me.
