I love the work, and the app is very helpful. However it crashes very frequently in the midst of me doing the work, which wipes much of what I wrote, which makes it very unreliable to use. It also has the Should and Shouldn't backwards, I.e. If I click 'should' the app presents it as shouldn't. And vice versa. Not sure if that's intentional. Plus in all the boxes the writing goes only in one line: so there's this big text box but all the writing goes just at the top, which defeats the purpose of the big box and makes it very hard to read and, say, add emotions. So in summary, it's a good cause, but awkward to use and crashes lots, as of this writing. I'm sure it'll be improved with time :)

This app is wonderful in concept but there are a few hiccups that are frustrating. When I had to stop part way through, I could not go back to finish via the editing process. I had to start over completely. I am interrupted often with a busy schedule and small kids. I a sure others are too. Second, the turnaround section is awkwardly executed. I could not individually list the turnarounds and link the three pieces of evidence clearly. This is such an important part of doing the Work! Finally, when reviewing the journal entries, the app does not allow enough scrolling to read all of the turnaround section. Reviewing those turnarounds is key to making shifts. If these could be fixed it would be amazing! It is useful to be able to challenge thoughts anywhere!

This would be an awesome app because The Work is great and powerful. But, like others on here I find the app itself frustrating. It crashes, sometimes doesn't save data, won't let you save mid way through, should/shouldn't round the wrong way etc. Also I'm slightly worried about security and privacy of the work entered into the app. It would be fantastic if the app was fixed!

The Work is wonderful and powerful, but this app undermines your ability to do it. After you've poured your heart out to the app, it crashes and loses all the work you did so you have to start over. Imagine yourself feeling moved and crying and then it crashes and if you try to start over, it crashes again.

I need to do The Work on this app!! I love The Work and Byron Katie but this app is terribly frustrating. It won't allow you to finish a session (it crashes, if battery dies or you restart you can't continue, if you close it, you can't continue). It's like the designer thinks "if they can't work a 1hr session in 5 min, they should start over till they can!" Not at all like paper... Imagine a therapist that keeps walking out half way through!! PLEASE FIX IT TO SAVE & CONTINUE WHERE YOU LEFT OFF?!

Exactly the same as previous complaints: can't continue where I left off as it prompts an error when I want to edit my worksheet, which means I'm forced to start over again. Please fix these errors to make the app usable.

It's great although it won't save all of your journal work so you're unable to really use it as a tool and reflect on what you have written. Be winderful if this could be rectified in the next version. Thanks for a great App tho!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! You will be asked a few questions on how beliefs makes you feel and to then turn that around, and the other process to describe a stressful situation and what you don't want. It is nothing but a rip off!

What I like is the step by step and thorough process of the work. It goes beyond the 4 questions and really helps identify thoughts, feelings, sensations and even past events or images lock limiting beliefs in place. My problem is the app itself. 1. When you write there is no way to start a new paragraph to separate things or format your writing. This is important because that way you can actually go back and edit more easily if needed. 2. The app crashes. My first time using it, I'd uncovered this huge life changing event that was driving a negative thought...and I hit the emotions list, and the thing crashed. Most of data was erased. That's not something you can really re-write again I also didn't understand how after I gave examples for a turn around, the step 7 page showed my original belief and then "turnarounds" but it showed my 3 examples of my turn around. Example:. She hates me Turnaround:I hate me Example /proof of turn around: I eat poorly Step 7 would show: Belief: She hates me. Turnaround: I eat poorly. That doesn't quite make sense to me. This app has the potential of becoming one of the most powerful self help apps on the planet. I am not kidding. This is POWERFUL stuff. You just need to fix some functionality and this app will be mind blowing. 1. Get this thing to stop crashing 2. Don't let it erase data. 3. Make the "enter button" make a new paragraph, not take you to the next step. 4. Maybe fix that confusing Step 7 I would also like to see more of the deeper support from the help button there were several questions listed in the Loving What Is audio book for each of the 4 questions. Ex. Is it true? What is the reality of it? What is the "should" of that statement. That's all. I'm looking forward to seeing this app becoming the best thing ever.

I am happy with the app! Works well for me. However: the should/shouldn't section when filling in the judge your neighbour worksheet is switched. It's displayed as shouldn't/should in the journal. The opposite of what you wrote down. It's been mentioned before. I don't think this is intentional!
