The X-Files: Deep State - Hidden Object Adventure

Fun enough. The energy needed to find items in different scenes replenishes quickly enough. My issue is that the names for some items can be vague and, at times, completely wrong. For example, in case #2 one of the items in the hospital lobby area is listed as "comb" but the matching item in the scene is clearly a hairbrush. Silly mistakes can be frustrating when you're told to look for something that actually doesn't exist in the scene. A decent enough game, I suppose.

This game has a really good story. The cases are exciting, intriguing, and they're very well done mysteries. They even have choices. The prologue had such a difficult choice and I loved it. Next thing is the art. The art is incredible. The scenes look really nice and the characters look top notch as well. I do have one gripe and that's the automated voice. It's a robotic female voice the dubs over everyone's dialogue. Please give us the option to turn it off. It's the only reason why I give it 4

Full of ads, like any free app. Uses an energy recharge system like Facebook games from 10 years ago. Edit: first time I've ever been so unhappy with an app I've edited a review. The game freezes every single time I open it. The puzzles are repetitive and uncreative. I can't do anything without having a "buy this" "sale" offer pop up. It's not worth the space on my phone.

Too expensive for the quality offered. Ends up to be quite expensive. The object finder highlights the wrong zones costing the player time and money. The timer should be much slower. It feels like a punishment for not paying enough. It is hard to enjoy the story as the player has to wait and wait.... I would try this game again if the forementioned issues were adressed. Also consider hiring actors: the Google voice is just not designed for this type of applications.

A really fun game that takes you into the x files universe. There's no long wait times which is a bonus. The only issue I have is it sometimes freezes on me, but once I restart it seemd to be fine. The only thing that restarting doesnt fix is when I go to buy more energy. The screen freezes on my partner telling me to select the coffee and I camt do anything.

I absolutely LOVE this game. However.. there is SO MANY glitches and screen freezing in the middle of playing. I have lost so many perks because of it freezing in the middle of a round. It also glitches with energy, I would close the game open it 24 hours later and I would have no energy still. Multiple times. Again, I love this game, its very addictive, and wanted to buy a few things from it.. But the fact that there is So Many glitches AND I have written so many emails about it without one reply back is just ridiculous!! My advice, play a different game, one where the developers actually care about the game and care enough to fix and reply when there is glitches.

This game is really good. I used to watch x files alot; puzzles are good,it would be more realistic if the voice actually matched the character. They should add more puzzles and an online leaderboard. The story is instantaneously interesting as soon as you start playing it. On the flip side the bad thing is that the character customisation is extremely limited.

I like the game, but there's an issue. I can't quit the game normally. I always have to force quit it with the power button. And everytime i enter back into the game it promts me to log into my facebook account. Every. Single. Time. Please solve this issue Edit: Also sometimes the game freezes after completeing something. It happens rather often.

Really fun game! puzzles become progressively more difficult and the story lines are very engaging and very on point with X-File plots! The only negative is that the game will occasionally freeze in the middle of a puzzle. The only way to fix it is to close the game and restart the program which causes me to loose the energy I used for the puzzle.

A pretty good idea that is ruined behind way too many mechanice made to make you fail to HAVE to purchase items OR wait forever until you get minimal energy. Try Criminal Case instead, its WAY better. Very good idea though, I like the whole find it with multiple questions and ongoing questions, like a choose your own adventure, but you are set up to fail in the first 40 minutes, then its $$$ time.

Not a mobile friendly game! You cant enlarge the objects you're supposed to find? I couldnt see them at all on my phone plus I had to enlarge the scene and use a magnifying glass to see objects I was to find slowing my progress. I didnt understand the game at first but caught on quickly that they want you to purchase energy? mine never recharged on its own? playing scenes became impossible,and the voice is hilarious esp. with grammatical errors.

Pros: Game has amazing content, storyline and graphics. Cons: Too many offers for purchasing items, glitches when you find items occasionally causing you to have to restart the game. All in all a great game that will have you wanting to play more and more. Great concept. I loved the X Files.

The game itself is great, however, the 'watch video for 20 energy' function, when it appears (which is randomly and rarely), is no longer crediting the energy. I watch the ad video, and the energy never arrives. Same with the 'watch video to unlock locker for free' function; I still have to pay to unlock the locker, despite having watched the ad video. Irritating beyond the pale, because who the hell actually enjoys watching ads for no reason? Will give 5 stars if issue is sorted. EDIT: Sorted.

This game would be fantastic if it weren't for the freezing, incessant popups for purchasing boosts, and all the in-game purchases being so expensive. And for what it's worth, I didn't launch the game for over a week and my energy bar was still reloading upon start up(???)...an X-File in itself. Great game, but too glitchy.

Enjoyable enough game for most part.few bugs but some appear to have been fixed.yes, the voice can be mildly annoying but you can switch it off easily enough in the sound options.the cases ive played so far have been great, similar to what id expect from the tv series. Overall good effort and worth a try. Some players may have a more glitchy experience than others though by sounds of things

So the story is good but I've had the same problem that my game keeps crashing in the middle of searching areas and after activities that require stars have been completed. Now I've tried to open and download the 5th case but Every time the game crashes and it just won't let me play. I rlly hope this issue is fixed as I want to continue the game otherwise the only option I would have would be to uninstall the game.

Was enjoying the story but the game is very pay to win. Over time the prices of things have gone way up, the same in store itwm went from being 250 to over 1000, and are just not worth buying. Some of the search items can be impossible to find making it necessary to use clues which cost too much to buy. Overall. Story is good. Gameplay is mediocre. But prices are insane!
