They are 99.8% courteous....there are a few that shouldn't be in the job but most of cabbies are honest and caring...as a handicapped person I appreciate it
you cant use the app it is uterly bricked
Dudes computer kept messing up and it shut off half way thought the ride I'm pretty sure he double charged me. Was not happy with this app plus the whole reason for having the app is you are suppose to be able to book a ride and pay though the app. I was not able to do that
Couldn't even do anything app kept shutting down and they take forever to answer the phone

I just got this app and used it for the fist time Saturday night, it was awesome! Takes all the "wonder if a taxi will come" out of the situation.
I love Yellow Cab Co. I have been using them for many years now. When you call them,they give you 15-20 wait times and they usually get there in like 5-10mins. I highly recommend to anybody. The price is always right on the money. People need to download this app ASAP
Great way to catch a cab, not always a right away thing, but the times aren't too long (30-45) minutes. The cabs are clean and the drivers are good for the most part. Most are friendly and keep a good conversation for the time your in the cab, And that makes good company. The dispatchers are friendly and are informational. They take cash or card so there's that. They are a good company, I give them 5 stars.
