• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Select a pickup or drop-off address.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your cab (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Get a fare estimate based on map distance between pickup and destination.
• Send additional info to the driver by typing a message.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.

Less than useless. Called the normal phone number where i can get a friendly, helpful human. They were busy so I figured I would try the app. Reqested a ride, plenty of nearby cabs. I was at Ala Moana center. I sent a message through the app to the driver with detailed info on pickup location. Check app it shows cab is out in Millilani. Called dispatch driver never got message. And dispatch from app cuts off name and phone so driver cant call back. Ended up using Lyft cause their app works.
Does not work, stick with Uber. Will not even allow registration. Complete waste of time.
UPDATE : JUST REMOVED, NEW APP DOES NOT WORK! Not working, nothing happens when Pick me up Button pressed. Map does not show anything. Liked older version.

Very rude customer service I reserved a cab as head of time and they call 2 mins before pick up asking where the address is and hang up on me while I am explaining
I had to go to Chinatown early in the morning. Since no bus was schedule at 5am on Saturday. It was basically volunteering for the Chinese New Year Festival. I set my pick up time to 5am. My cab came 15 minutes early. I was very impressed with this app. The tracker is cool too. My driver was a cool guy. Thank you.
So much better then uber,simple enough for the young and elderly..can also text my driver if pick up location changes.
Not taking any address. Keep telling me the address format but it would not take the address I inputed. Useless.
I keep trying to put in addresses and it says the location doesn't exist. It only accepts half of them. So irritating!

Now let me ask you, whats the point of this app if It wont let me order a cab? I need this app because I have a speech impediment and it makes it harder to talk to someone when I have to call the dispatcher. Fix this problem or at least revert the update a couple versions back when it actually worked. Problem: It wont let you tap on confirm when inputting pick up address.
