theCut: #1 Barber Booking App

A real reliable app that supports not only the content creators and publishers but as well as the individuals using it. Barbers and stylist are content with communicating in a timely manner and appointments are desirable and reliable as well. A persistent app that I recommend those to use without the hassle of calling or texting as our stylist are busy people right? Kudos to the positive feedback (TheCut)

Great app. A few challenges. No option to edit appointment which is discouraging as you can get charged for cancelling an appointment as opposed to editing. Needed to pick an earlier time that was available but couldn't do that and also couldn't cancel as I would be charged.

Just so you know if you ever want to get into your app and don't know your password and you have it connected to an old email that you can no longer use.. they can't and won't do nothing for you.. even if they say we sent you a reset password to the email but you're not able to get into that email anymore because it no longer exists. They need to find other ways to get past the security problem. Very disappointed

Great app and easy to use. I like being able to book without having to interrupt my barber. I also like that I can rate and review them for awesome talent.

I'm impressed by the content in the app. I'm a barber in my own right, I have a eye for blends & signature's.. big ups to any barber in the game! Keep cutt'n up! & Keep big'n each other up! Everyone has their own niche & style so there's no reason to hate the next person for being theirself! 💈

Took away the option to pay at the location. They rather you pay through the app. Just another way to stick it to the customer with processing fees.

Ofto say it's pretty darn good...I pay the monthly fees and it's worth every penny of just $20 a month...each week I get about 3 to 10 new walk in off the app...now I don't even have room to fit appointment... really love the app.... Miami barber 🔥🔥🔥💪

For my first time being with him, I loved it! The environment was inviting and comfortable. He took his time and always asked what i thought of what he was doing. We made each other laugh and smile abundantly. He also made me feel more confident in myself when I walked out. I am completely satisfied with his exceptional service.😁

Any app requiring me to create an account and hand over my PII before showing me what it does gets an automatic one-star review and deleted from my phone. I want to know what I'm getting in return before I hand over my info.

Its a great options to use to schedule barber appointments without Mobile Pay options...but I had bad experience with that Mobile Pay options...I already have more than week without collecting my money in my account and they don't have customers services phone number 🙃 👎 Mobile Pay doesn't work 💈👎

Hard to make work. Plus, to I hated it. I don't want to have to rely on an app for a hair cut. Uninstalled and I'll just shave my head before I fw this mess again.

Never disappoints. Always satisfied with the result of my haircuts. Would recommend for everyone. Worth the price.

The App charges more than the price that's being presented. They add on an extra $7 on top of the cost of the haircut and the tip, other than that, the app is helpful.

Today, our lives were forever changed, haha. Thanks again for the great haircut. My 4 year olds hair looks real good! :D

Best way to book my barber appointments. It has a variety of different locations for different barbers as well.

The app is user friendly and easy to navigate.. I was able to book my boys appts, with little effort..

Customer service communication is bad. My mobile pay is disabled and they're not doing anything to fix it. All they say is they can't tell me why it happened and it's staying how it is. If it can't be fixed i will most definitely be switching to booksy!!!!

Got randomly kicked out of the app. Had to start a new account but other than that its perfect!

The Cut app has been great and very convenient for myself and my clients when appointments for servicing are being booked. It would be even greater if there was an option that would allow "touch and drag" rearranging of the service options in the order you would like, instead of having to delete and retype the service to appear in a specific order. Other than that, I recommend using The Cut app to any Barber or Stylist looking for convenience and reliability in an app.

Wish it was more like instant messaging, faster and view as they arrive. Also, not sure why, but messages are inverted. Most recent messages show from the top, not the bottom as our standard messages on our phones. Weird.. Also annoying, I have to go to calendar to message my barber via recent messages. I can't just message him directly from the app. I do like the notification for confirmed appo

As a barber, this app is amazing. Super easy to use and very client friendly. The Cut has come a long way in developing their app and their customer service team is superb. If I ever have feedback for then I send it in and I always get an answer. They try to make the app as user friendly as possible, can't wait to see what the future holds for this app!

I love this app. As a barber it has help me be more punctual and has eliminated alot of dialogue between me and my clients in terms of texting or calling. I took a star away because when I send out a mass text the app doesn't have a place where the mass text go. When the message is clicked on it just disappears. I think that the mass message should be placed somewhere on the app. Thanks.

I would give it 5 stars but I can't because some don't give you the option of paying with cash. I'm one of those people who does not like to have my card info on an app

App does not allow you to access all your google photo albums only photos that are currently in the camera folder. The most important thing is for the barber to be able to display his previous work for potential clients. If that process isnt happening or is to difficult to manage then the app is pointless. This app must been created by someone who is not a barber because these type of things would be mandatory! Good idea and try! But the photo upload process needs to be revamped and improved!

This app is Amazing. Its perfect for keeping track of appointments so that I dont have to pick up my phone 10 times in the middle of a cut. I did NOT rate it 5 🌟 because there is no EDIT option so that I could add services that a clients wants to add while at the shop, I have to "cancel" the appointment and then rebook in order to add the additional services. Also, instead of the "barberchair" as the booking option it should just say "BOOK" or "RESERVE" . Alot of ppl call asking how too book NOT knowing that pressing the barber chair is where you'd book. The app is a great app. Just need to be more client friendly (More Direct) and a LANGUAGE option would be awesome as well.

Needs some upgrades. I wish I could alter appointments. Add services during checkout. Sometimes my clients upgrade services. It's too time consuming to reenter everything at check out when this happens. I hope this is fixed soon so I can possibly is one app altogether. Right now I can really only use for appointments adding extra time just in case someone adds on a service.

1st time, but not my last, it's good to see a young player grinding legally in one of my old hoods, I've already been getting compliments on my FreshA$$ cut, right on Trey!

This app is way too simplistic. It takes your location, or a location search, and gives you a list of everybody. There's no way to filter out things you don't want or things you do want. For example I only want to see people that do color, as I also dye my beard to cover up gray. Basically it's a list of names and nothing else. Not really helpful.

I'm in love with this app. I get the same barber every time, no more waiting, no more walk ins.
