Had it all ready to go, found our restaurant in London was listed on there as they do the best gluten free pizza, then when we wanted to book it an hour later the restaurant didn't list at all, so we ate there without the use of the app. Completely terrible execution, and ultimately not worth the trouble. Will use another service, maybe diners club. Very suspect five star reviews here, it looks a lot like the app creators data farmed some and paid for others. 🤦
It's an okay app, but unreliable. We have twice made "confirmed" bookings, the first time only to discover that the restaurant no longer exists, the second, it was closed that day. I suggest calling the restaurant to assure it indeed exists and is open on the day booked.
Simple and easy to use, a few taps away from a nice meal at any time. In the region which I use the app it also boasts quite a wide array of available restaurants. Moreso than delivery apps such as Foodora or Uber Eats which allows one to discover new and unique restaurants.
Love discovering different restaurants & the fork offers deals that make discovery even more enticing. New restaurants come regularly& some favourites too. Only suggestion would be perhaps add something like 'last minute deals' for those unplanned weekends spur of the moment discovery on a whim or a budget.

I made my first booking and the restaurant was completely unaware of it, so they could not offer us a table. Fork app did not inform the restaurant, we were very disappointed. It seems that it could be a scam??

Booked a table through the app and received a confirmation email that the booking was confirmed but when I arrived at the restaurant they had not received the booking. Although they were very understanding and managed to accommodate us
warning :the app is full with tourist scams. When I contacted the support team concerning one they refused to take action "as they're just the stage". Such argument makes it clear you may stay away from it in spite of the discounts.
Waste of time. Put in a search for the number of people, date and time - fantastic. Try to book 'something went wrong', try another place 'something went wrong', a different place 'sonething went wrong'. Turns out they're all unavailable. What a pointless search!
One of the best Indian restaurants in Melbourne. Great Tandoori plates. Lovely curries. Friendly staff. Have been going there for years now. Classy decor and well-priced. I cannot recommend it more highly
Reservations made through the app are liable to be cancelled by the establishment, so I wouldn't use it unless I want to expect surprises. Also, this information is not provided anywhere (website or confirmation email), but confirmed by their support staff. Can't recommend at all.
some restaurant I know are not available to book through the app, but that does not detract from a good all round app

The loyalty discount under "my yums" menu appears in GBP, in the main page as USD, while my currency is in EUR. This inconsistency is a bit confusing.

Got a reminder with no date. App couldnt tell me anything so i had to phone restaurant. As i thought it was the day after. THIS APP IS A JOKE!
Great idea, terrible execution. If you're looking for a restaurant booking app, you're sorted. If you're looking to find a great restaurant then good bloody luck! It's like every restaurant is the best restaurant in the city...baffling. it doesn't really reflect quality but is sure making the creators a lot of money. Shame. It had a lot of potential to be different from the crowd.
A special place. Wonderful atmosphere and service in which to enjoy the finest tapas, drink and live music. Highly recommended.
Lovely, cosy restaurant at close proximity to the parking ( experience charges as private parking and you need change !) Interesting presentation of dishes. Very friendly and quick service. I would definitely go back and recommend this place
Very unreliable now... It used to be very easy to use and now with the latest updates, it isn't certain that you will get the discount that you clicked on. The confirmation is the one that governs that. Got totally screwd last time. WARNING!! Make sure that you click all the right buttons and option or otherwise you will lose out. Without offers this app isn't of much use.
Totally makes juggling the many restaurants around easier. Plus the discounts are awesome when you've earned them.

I had a very positive image of this company until they made a clear simple mistake, and instead of saying "sorry, my bad" they just stopped replying. I open a new case and it was simply ignored. Very disappointing, not for the issue itself but for realizing it just another company with low to no ethics, as is the norm these days.
Excellent app. However it is currently experiencing several bugs such as not being able to modify a booking properly, the app automatically add 2 hours to the newly selected time. I lost a promo code because I had to cancel and rebook to be able to effectively modify my booking. I'm deeply confused regarding this bug because it used to work perfectly.
