So let me tell you about customer service.... purchased Pro+ upgrade and it didn't apply to app. I've been asked 4 times to provide my user name and email. Three times to show receipt of purchase(shown both play store and my bank app) so after all this, they need my email to the play store account.... nice work. Just sent a screen shot to them of there app telling my I can't upgrade to pro+ because I already own it..... that's rich. Looks like 18 birdies might be on my future.

Absolutely amazing app! One of the best apps I have ever downloaded for any purpose. It has become my favorite score-keeping app for me and all of my golf buddies, it makes it so easy to get an official handicap and look at my golf stats, and they are constantly improving. 11/10 would recommend.

so far, the app is great. I love the customization of the club's, the GPS is great, and the user interface is easy to navigate. Lots of cool feature. I haven't found it yet but I would like to be able to put my averages in per club

Fantastic watch app - great yardage measurements, easy to use. Terrible phone app - convoluted, nearly unusable UI. Just do complicated to use the most basic of functions, tons of tiny buttons to press.

App is great but the notifications on Android are broken. I don't need to see the same alert 15 times, multiplied by each live golfer. This has been an issue for ages and still no fix? Disappointing

Almost a year ago I posted a negative review. But now a year later I've reviewed my review, and re-reviewing (lol). Now that I'm used to the process, and know what to keep and eye on so I don't get frustrated, I like it. Would definitely recommend, many friends are now using it, makes it fun just to compare stats. Also like following a round when a friend is playing and I'm not. Glad I showed some patience and stuck to it.

Fantastic app with great features. My only complaint is the user interface - not very intuitive. After using for several rounds, I'm still trying to figure it all out.

Always get 4x duplicate notifications from friends playing. It gets annoying. Prob a bug in the software.

If you want to import scores from before your account creation you have to click an email for instructions. In the email it states you have to give them written permission to access accounts of yours and give them your username and password. Yikes, you guys need develop a feature that grabs this for you.

Edit: I'm not sure which recent update did it, but GPS performance is drastically improved. It's like using a whole new app. Can fully recommend the app, changed from 1 back to 5 stars. This app is great, GPS works very well now, including on wear os watch. Scoring input on my watch is fantastic, and I love that you can have partners attest your round and get a real handicap. Awesome app all around.

Probably the best golf app I have used, especially the stats available on the free version. Only complaint is the distances are in yards when you do a flyover of a course, even of you set it to metric. The total distance is in metres, but the lay-up, front, centre and back measurements stay in yards.

After selecting 'play' the next screen shows course 9/18 etc. my inputs are not recognized to be more specific only about 1 pixel works creating extreme frustration. Has been happening for many months. Galaxy S8+. Only reason I put up with it is cause fellow golfers use it. Awful and never fixed.

The best golf GPS and score/stat keeping app that I've tried, and I've tried most of them. The best part is that you can pay for and activate your GHIN handicap right through the app without having to pick a true home course. Does a good job at adding consistent updates and improvements.

App has come a long way. Would like to see some UX updates but there are many cool features.

Yardage takes too long to register on watch. It bounces back and forth. Have to wait excessively long to ensure the right yardage pops up. The map on phone has been squirrelly. Sometimes doesn't locate where I am on the course.

Excellent, I just need more explanation on the long, short,left,right function. Need to understand what that does.

Started golf up after years off and friend recommended Grint. Easy to use, all courses available so far. Would like Samsung watch app for quicker distance info.

love the updates and now having the front, middle, and back distances for the greens because it has literally made the world of difference for me

Been using the paid service for a number of years. The support is timely and they truly seem to care about making this a successful long-term venture.

Been using the grint for 4 years. Easy to use and useful tool. Reminds me everyday I should look for a new hobby.

Good features, but the app is often laggy. One major problem is the discovery of these features and stats. It will help to follow standard app design and / or Material Design guidelines... When I'm using the rangefinder on course, sometimes it's very difficult to understand the options. Feels like I'm running a spaceship lol! Why can't golf apps become more user friendly??!

Revising my review after testing the Google Wear companion app for a full round. On the watch (Fossil Sport 512M ram) the app has a very clear/clean and easy to navigate UI, shows an appropriate amount of golf information, is very fast, and finishes a 4 hour round with about 30 pct battery left on the watch (starting from fully charged). THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST GOLF WATCH EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD TO DATE. Scoring on the watch is pretty good, but can be confusing if you miss one or 2 holes and have to backtrack (showing score per hole plus total over par would be a better hole by hole display instead of just total over par). The phone side of the app is good but can also be confusing at times, and takes a bit of getting used to. The drain on the phone battery seems quite severe though. Hopefullly this can be explained, managed or improved in a future update.
