The email mentor is terrible in this app.I signed up for one and a woman replied I replied by and never heard back its been 3 days.It makes me feel worse than I started.edit she finally did answer talking with her helps me alot.I am giving 3 stars for how long it took to respond.
I just wanted to chat but the app keeps stopping. Shows me what i get for trying to talk to someone.
I love all the information about God and Jesus!

I talked to someone and they just asked me the same question 3 times and then they told me it was my fault I was feeling that way, I agreed it probably was my fault so they told me im clearly not looking for help and closed the conversation before I could even say another word. Not once was I even offered help to even deny. Thanks for making me feel worse.
I told them my issue. They responded with have you talked to a counselor? I responded with yes I have I did not like it I just want an outsiders opinion on how to make a situation better. They gave me a phone number to talk to a counselor. . After I stated I did not like that experience... no other advice was given to me other than a phone number. Not impressed, very let down.
This app is laughable and i don't mean funny ha ha. Says there are people available to chat 24/7 then says sorry we're not here give us your email someone will email you. Don't even bother.
Not a very good app for people that is losing hope. Kept on giving sites that could help me and responds very slowly. Made everything worse.
I like this app. Most of them are inspirational and really helpful!! They don't judge either. Who i talked to was dakato. He is amazing and helped me through my problem!! He even prayed with me. You can't find many people like that in this world and I'm so glad I found this app and the radio station!! The 1st time I had to wait a few min but I didn't mind and the 2nd time the dude texted me as soon as I pressed the button. But the 3rd time & 4 was when I really needed to talk to someone now and he just gave me a number to a counsler that I can't even call yet...
Told me that my problems weren't important enough to be discussed, than accused me of baiting attention.
Everytime I tried to chat no one was available. Filled out the form.... got an email with a list of books. This is not helpful when you just need someone to talk to.
If you don't mind being preached on then go ahead some are worse than others about half of my experiences have been of value the other half wasn't what I needed in my time of need
I'd expect love and care from a Christian group, but Parker was just rude, inconsiderate. And didn't help. AT ALL.
We'll they told me they were listening I was trying to type in my thoughts my thoughts are giving me anxiety and she or he said they were listening they closed the chat I'm very upset!

I'm sitting here about to cut my wrist and when I send a message it says "read" but the person doesn't respond. Thanks for nothing.
There was no one there. When i began the chat there was an instant message from Avery, "Hello, how may I help you?" I typed for some time and had NO RESPONSE at all. Thank you for your services.
The chat doesn't work. When I click on chat I get a blank white page and nothing happens.
I will never again use this app. Logan has got to be the worse person ever! he made me feel stupid and worse than I already felt. I would suggest getting a real therapist.
They are nice if you are just feeling a bit down and they can solveyur issue quickly because this is good for their egos. If your issues are more complex though be careful as they can get nasty and very judgemental. Especially if you use the app regularly
