With this app, our partners would be able to review and accept jobs from TheLorry.com easier and faster.
This app will also act as a location tracking device for customers, however, retrieving of location information will be done only when a job is started.
The app is available in Malay, English and Mandarin, automatically selected according to phone's language setting, which in case not one of the three language, English will be used.

This is the most lame app that I ever experienced. It's been 2 weeks my account still not verified
since the new apps started in jan 2020, it is very hard to get jobs anymore. no matter how quick you are, how fast your internet line, you still too late to accept the job 1st time. the reasons i reckon are: 1. there is a gang in the lorry who formed amongst the selected vendors and the VR officers has got the 1st priorty job notification maybe 30 secs earlier. these selected vendors have plenty of jobs and the VR got some cut. 2. how VRs dothis is by assigning good rating for selected vendors.
this apps is useful but it is only when i uses it in my phone.When i uses this apps through my computer i cannot hear to the notification suond.I hope you guys can update an in app settings so we can solve most of our major problems.
I am in love with this app. Love the design, dark mode suits its motive well. Simple to use, yet packed with lots of useful features.
Didn’t get any single jobs in new app, please bring back the older version, very hard for the vendors to get jobs.
Old version is much better,now few jobs coming in at a time, cant take job, its very hard to view n take job in this version. Getting worse day by day, please take an action
very bad company, after i booked and get confirmation one week before my date, i call them one day before to confirm again cause no one call me, i find them telling me that they dont have free cars and i should change date to 3 days later. and they didnt care to even apologize or give any reasons why they booked if they are not available
Old app is better.. At least change the view job time 60second to 30second... Everyone can take the job..
Poorly designed app. Always with bug. Not able to receive order.
Whilst the app does actually work, the recent experience I incurred whilst moving house was appalling. Numerous items were damaged beyond repair by their careless driver and crew. Although full liability had been admitted by 'The Lorry' their paltry standard compensation offer has left me RM thousands out of pocket. Beware!!
New versions is like made for them to control the job. There no way you could accept any job. Waste our time for the briefing.
Very difficulty to accept the jobs for the vendor pls take action and change this to the old version its much better than the new versions pls 🙏
Apps should blast notification using nearest area..u got notification for jobs at penang and JB while you in KL,should design blast notification within 20-30km radius
TL of Singapore !! Our Company Pays Your Company Commision for every job assigned , When customers book ur app and we do the job and when customers item cant be move in a single trip and customer request US (Not thelorry) for 2nd trip and its nearly 12pm and the management wont allow moving after 1pm but according to Ray we are not allowed to do that , Now if customer goes to US directly and not YOU ! What right have u got to say i cant to that, We are Sub Cons not even your employee ???
Old app is good.. new app very problem accepts job ..new app no job this month vender all may be run..

1. Very less job for van. 2. Received notification for available job but when click there's none. 3. Slow notification. 4. Can't topup credit via hp. 5. It is good to have a view if the job has been taken or not instead of blank.
