One of the stupidest mobile wallet apps. I've had it only for 4 months, and in that time, it did not work for about one and a half months. I linked it to my Quickride account, but it was delinked without any prior warning, but the message sent to me says it was delinked at my request, which is bogus. Multiple service tickets that I opened were closed with the same boilerplate answer that it was due to technical upgradation. An app that needs one month to be upgraded does not deserve to survive.

Please be careful while using this App. I started to use this app for quick ride redemption. The services were good, but suddenly it stopped working. The card provided stopped working, points cant redeem even tmw services were removed from quick ride. When contacted they said system upgrade. Its been 2 months now, i don’t know what kind of up gradation is going on. They don’t provide any time frame. Asking us to wait. I am waiting....

worst app. I just downloaded it and went load money. It's giving error on all payments method upi, debit/credit card and netbanking. when i called customer service. They just said it will resolve on 31st of July without any reason. So they're taking more than 2 weeks for a simple thing. Still it's uncertainty that it will resolve. I've uninstalled the app right away and suggest to not download.

Please don't go for this one. They have the worst customer support and technical team. I am writing this review with a lot of frustration that I am not able to use the money stuck in my account. Like every time when I call their customer service I will get the standard reply that they have some technical issue at their end because of that all my card transactions are getting declined. I tried to use my card on 02-July-2019 and it got declined. They are asking for a week's time to resolve it. 🙄

There's no way this app let's you do use the money that's been loaded on to the wallet, money once loaded stuck forever. This issue persisted from the month of October 2019 and not resolved yet. Worst customer care and yet worst with the other supporting service. One will just have to drop emails and get no responses or resolutions for the issue.

Every time I start the app, it asks to set MPIN, choice of animal and colour. Once done, it doesn't proceed to the next screen /action. I have been repeating these actions every time I use the app, hoping it to work.

The worst customer service. I was trying to book tickets on Inox. I tried 2 times but both times the tickets were not booked and the amount was deducted from my wallet. I mailed their customer service but they stopped responding. This is absolutely pathetic.

I have trusted this app but i was wrong. I thought the federal bank will give the good services via CS but i have tried lots of time to contact CS but they not receiving the call worst service and didn't got the reply mail for the refund with money was deducted from wallet but not received. Hate the app. Wasting time. Wasting money. For the first time im giving the negative review.

Fraud app. Do not install. They suddenly change the tie ups with banks without customers being aware of the transition process. Nowhere it's displayed in the app that the services aren't available. I transferred money using IMPS to my TMW account, but the money didn't get credited, neither I got a refund into my original bank account. Even customer care is non committal on the credit/refund and said that I have to wait till next month for the amount to be credited into my TMW account

I had put 10k to my wallet thinking I will use it for paying my bills and when tried to pay it's ending with insufficient fund error when called to customer care they say that we are experiencing some technical issue and it's keep on going and going. They just take your money and will not return it back. From past 2months I am trying to take my money back but they are not letting the money. They just copy paste the same technical issue mail again. They don't even read the mail. Never trust them.

This one seems to be a SCAM. They take money then go into maintance forever.Never even have options of getting back money. It is almost 3 months now and my money is stuck there for some technical issue and they havent even bother to fix it. No strategy in place to customer issues or reverting money. every time u call with issue.. they will give new dates. mine started with end of july, now third weeke of august. And now August 3rd week done. No fix yet. Basically this app is a fraud.. watch out

One of the worst wallet that I have seen. It doesn't get signed in. I am unable to use my money that is loaded into it and it's stuck for 2 years now. Please don't use this wallet ever. Its just looting money from customers. This app is a joke, don't use it. To add, the customer support is ridiculously pathetic in addition to the stupidity of the app. They only say they are upgrading. Not sure if they are upgrading to Moon or the Mars since 2 years. Bunch of fools all together.

They postpone regularly and no proper updates. Wrost thing I did by installing this.. Adding to this they keep saying next week services will up.. And it is happening from past 2 month..now TMW become smart asking to wait for one more month.. May be on future they would say next year.... So on.

Many expenses management apps lag a lot and use too much data. TMW is different, this is light on the processor and is quick with payment gateway. I haven't faced any problem with it so far. I think the best feature of TMW is that it not only allows you to set monthly reminders to pay your bills but actually gives a platform to pay them directly from there itself.

I've added some money & I've been continuously trying to utilise the amount since 1.5 years but unfortunately I haven't become able to do so because the the app is not able to perform any transaction or payment. I don't know why but their intention is not good I think or may be they are not fixing the issue. Please I humbly request to your team to respond immediately & allow me to use my own added money.

Edited: It has been more than 2 months now that they have been upgrading their system and our money is stuck there. I think we need to forget about our money and confirm that they are a fraud and they are just making up stories of upgrades. At lease they could return people's hard earned money and do the updates. Save your self from these frauds. Update 30th Aug- August has ended so has another deadline they gave us. Money is stil stuck with these wolves.

Very bad experience using the app. Firstly I am a gold member of the tmw app. To my surprise for the last four months my account has been deactivated or not working. My money has stuck in the account and unable to withdraw or unable to use it anywhere Such a worst services I came across

Initially liked it but now giving it one star because just to block money of users in tmw, they first gave a good offer on gift card purchase and at the same time, blocked gift card purchase. Customers added money and they can't withdraw it. A very cheap stunt and customer care had no shame too. I requested to transfer my money back to bank if they had technical issue, but they gave no response. Poor service. Who will believe, After money blockage, you can't even pay at Amazon too with their virtual card. Totally cheap stunt to use customers money till then. Personal Advice : If you have money shortage, start begging. Atleast don't cheat customers.

worst app and worst response from the support . My virtual and physical card is not getting activated. I have been calling customer support for more than 2months but no resolution, everytime I call I hear the same response. Our team is working and added a reminder, we will get back to u in 24 to 48 hours. I didn't get any call in response, I have called for almost 20 times. I have sent screenshot through mail a long ago.

My money has got stuck in the account & can't even send it to my other bank account. The transactions like paying through tmw debit card while online shopping or to someone else through QR code is being declined for no reason. They had said that they'd fix the problem by 31st July but no improvement is seen in the system till now 😞

worst technical support, it looks like you have failed in providing customer support. My money nearly 10k has been added since a month ago and I am unable to use my money, I am neither able to transfer nor able to pay bills, nor able to transfer it to any of my bank account. whe. I am trying to get back to customer support, no one will pickup my call, what happened its almost Aug 1 2019 today, still issues are not resolved, I want interest on my money added on your wallet.

I have enough money in my tmw wallet but still every transaction through virtual card, getting failed by an error that you have insufficient balance in your wallet or bank declined. when calls to customer care they are stating that we are experiencing some technical issue and working on it but there is no confirmation how much time it will take to make the thing normal. all in one your money got stucked. soon going to raise an FIR..

They are fraud. It's been 4 months and still they are saying they are doing system upgrade. My 10K got stuck with no hope of getting it back ever. Cheaters!!! They are back again with new look and feel of the app but please please please stay from this app as this is con and bogus app. I request Google to remove this from their play store.

I couldn't transfer or make bill payment from six months. Several times the issue is raised. My balance is visible. Worst customer care. I recommend not to use this app.

Very bad customer service from a financial situation. My money(₹50000) was stuck for almost 3 months and whenever I call about the status of my wallet activation I was told it will be done in a week. It's happening from the month of July and it's September now. Not sure if RBI is looking into it or not. Or if we should raise a complaint in a forum to get this issue resolved. Can we get a response from the customer support team

App is not usable at all now. Tried mobile rechare in shopping, always shows error. DTH recharge also shows error. Please do not load money to this app, there is no way to spend or get back money from tmw. I would like to have my money safe with me, not by tmw wallet, with no access to my money. They are not even ready to transfer amount to bank now.

Worst app & backend service. There backend developers are very pathetic. Not able to solve the issue for months. Frequently getting insufficient fund with both virtual & physical cards. Money gets stuck.

Don't use this application. They are cheaters. They blocked all the accounts without prior intimation. Unreliable app. If you want to use then it is highly risky. You never when your money released from wallet if they deactivate the account. My money 16000 strucked there for 4 months. After facing so many problems to release the money, I RECOMMEND DON'T USE THIS APPLICATION.
