In the workouts the App has somehow mixed up all my data so is showing last recorded reps for a given exercise as wrong. E.g target could be 15 reps but is showing last/record number rof reps as 45. Has been like this for a while. Otherwise is a good app. I haven't explored it too much as mainly focus on the workouts.
This app is great. I haven't noticed any bugs and the exercises were great. If you dont do as well as you should, the app takes some of the percent from the progress, which is great because you can improve yourself in the next session. Overall I think it's a great app.
I'm cancelling my subscription before the free trial is up. I like the free version better and only wanted access to the 1-arm pushup series. I hate the "coach" thing and if I would have known there was no way to turn it off, I never would have entered my card number. The free version goes straight to the skill list, which is the only thing I want to work on. I know my schedule and my body better than your algorithm. The pro version is clunky and works against you if you don't want the coach.
Free version is much better. The coach is extremely boring. It makes you do 12 series of the same exercise sometimes, as if there was no similar exercise to go with. Come on.
Good app. It is a little fragile. If I change apps(like change music because the app will switch off all programs in the back ground when the timer chimes) I lose my progress because it restarts the app. Positive. I like that it provides a demo video. Could you add a selfie video to match your form with the example?
Normally im lazy to rate apps, but this one is unique and amazing one. If you are beginner and want to learn stuff like muscle up this app is for you. It progressively shows what exercises you need to do to manage your frist muscle up.
So unless im failing to locate it. The app doesnt sync fitness data with other apps? Which is a pretty big fail and that alone is reason to not use this app, not to mention there is 0 customer service aside from a useless instagram page that doesnt respond. Dont bother downloading this app.
It very useful app with great working outs it missing " starter workouts " dont get me wrong it just for how to work on your physic to get used to calisthenics I hope it get added soon now I feel like it s for the pros in this kind .I hate when I have music on while resting between sets when the next set start the music stops automatically
Very useful app. Helped me achieve my front lever. Stick to the routines, stay humble, don't chase rep counts and hold times. Keep the form clean and results will come.
great app to target skills. the jump up in some levels has been too difficult so I've increased volume in the level below till I could manage the strp up.
28/02/2022. BEST APP for training ever. Do not install the application, because as of 24/03/2020, you have to PAY FOR THE NEXT LEVELS. Until now it has been FREE. What the hell? I have had this application for 2 YEARS, and today I will uninstall it. ●Update 9/12/2020: The app looks good now. They changed the menu a few months ago and now it's free again.
Great so far. But there seems to be a bug on history of my workouts. Every workout is doubled. Please check thx!
It's free and super helpful! I love the video guides that go with each lesson.
For now I will grant it 5 stars, as I have used it minimally and have not yet noticed substantial performance improvements, but as a free utility for information and progression, this is an exceptional service, keep up the good work
Well-designed, good-looking, helpful and generally amazing app. It really takes unnecessary mental load off the user. 6/5
So far this app is really good, it had me try things I didnt think I could do but I could do the workouts! It progessivly pushes you to get stronger with your body weight.
Pretty good app. Just started a week ago, will see if the progression works. But as is, programs can be intensive or not. Scalable to your level, you push yourself accordingly. At the free level, no workout plans to speak of, so those new to excessive should have caution about over training.
Awesome. Incredible. There's no other way to describe it... But in this version I'm not being able to modify the number of reps and secs after each set. Can I get help here? The numbers just stay too low on the screen and I can't slide so they can be reached. Thanks already!
The best app for calisthenics skills hands down in my opinion, great variety and nice progression system.
It's not great. Its only for slim/skinny underweight lads. So if have abit of timber then you can't use this app till you shed that But if ur skinny...then this is perfect
amazing app,i would definitely recommend and you'll have no regrets if ur consistent. This is only my first week with calisthenics and I'm for sure noticing a change in my strength and physicue
The videos demonstrating form cannot be stopped and they autodownload when connected to wifi. It's very distracting and I cannot find a way to disable them.
Overall good app nice workout sessions with great app UI I will prefer to anyone doing home workout.
Awesome App! I love that you keep it simple. Would be great if you could integrate a timer for the after workout stretches!
Updated - the new interface is a massive improvement. It now shows the goal for each exercise, your personal record, and the overall goal (where relevant). I love the option to start the timer for each exercise as well App was great, but has stopped showing targets for each session following a recent update, now only showing the overall end goal. Means you can't see what you need to do to build up in each iteration.
Fantastic app. I've not been doing any serious training for years, so I consider myself to be a beginner. It takes you through the basics really well. Having said that is sometimes worth jumping on to YouTube for a more detailed explanation of the exercise before trying it for the first time. The more advanced exercises need to be paid for, but the amount of free content is great and I would be willing to pay for the extra exercises if I get that far
