A really well working app with a sleek design. Really like the fact that you're able to find a medical provider near you.

The app features an extremely sleek design and brings the consumer the ability to order tests directly from their phone! Also allows you to search for doctors within your area to help interpret your results.

Can't ever sign on

I'm able to get my results in just several hours as opposed to several days! Highly recommend!

The UI is better for result viewing but harder to see results over time since they removed that feature and now one has to query either by date or test. Still no graph or share options like MyQuest.

Love the new added test menu and MD connect features to an already great app!

I visited a lab in Mesa Arizona and I was very pleased ,I downloaded the app and I had my results within 10 hours. My total bill was $28

You have to be a computer expert to "maybe" get this app on your windows 7 computer. I am no such an expert!!!

New UI looks really great and is user friendly!

Setting up acct & it keeps rejecting the pin the system just texted me... Then it prompted me to set up a new acct! No. Way too many permissions needed as well. I'll wait for my doc for test results. Loved the phlebotomist & new technology, but Not the App.

A nice app but very limited in its scope... I could see my lab results beautifully formatted very soon after the draw, but that's it. Now i have this nice list of tests that don't mean anything to me and that only my doctor can interpret. On the other hand, my Doc. who ordered the results can't check them on line or on his version of the app, instead he gets an old fashioned fax. ??? The app is only for patients not for doctors and i can't share any of the results. So is it basically just for show, a promotional tool, to make the patient feel like he/she has more control and information? * Recommendations: -- add ability to share results (with other doctors, specialists etc) -- add a "provider" level account so that a doctor can use the app as well and check his orders --add a login on the Theranos web page for both patients and doctors. DF

I did the whole sign up process and was all excited to see my results but noooo! I can't because my profile in this app contains my middle name and my lab results do not. Even though everything else matches up it won't sync. Oh and I can only change it by doing the sign up again.....REALLY? ? NOT!

When trying to register it on my phone app, it sends a pin to my phone through text. When I go to get the pin, it starts me over on the registration cycle. Went through that process four times and gave up.

Enables the user to upload orders, shedule an appt and view results. The visit to Theranos Wellness ctr was fast, friendly, pain free and low cost. Highly recommend this app and Theranos Wellness Center for all your lab needs.

Won't get past the sign up screen.
