The Therap for Android app is designed to be used by people who already have an active Therap account with the appropriate permissions. If you cannot log into the app or once you do not see the functionality you expect, please contact your Provider Administrator.

If you do not have a Therap account but would like to try out the Therap for Android app, please go to www.TherapServices.net and sign up for a demo account.

The Therap for Android app is a collection of modules that enables healthcare professionals (with proper Therap privileges assigned) to use the T-Log, ISP Data, MAR and Password Reset modules.

The Mobile T-Log feature allows users to:
• View list of unread T-Logs by notification levels
• Mark T-Logs as read
• Create new T-Logs with photos
Note: To have access to the T-Log module on Therap for Android app, please ask an administrator at your agency to contact the Regional Sales Representative.

The Mobile ISP Data tool features:
• Collection of service data from any location
• Electronic visit verification by recording location through GPS
• Capturing pictures of individuals at the location of service and adding signatures with finger tips or stylus pens
Note: To have access to the ISP Data module on Therap for Android app, please ask an administrator at your agency to contact the Regional Sales Representative.

The Mobile MAR feature provides:
• Access to the list of scheduled medications
• Ability to Record and administer Scheduled/PRN medications & treatments
• Options to view allergies, diagnoses, and images of medications
Note: Only current users of the Therap MAR module will be able to access the Mobile MAR from the Therap for Android app.

The Mobile Scheduling/EVV feature provides:
• Access to view schedules for a particular date on the Agenda List page.
• Option to check in, check out and add comments after the service delivery.
Note: To have access to the Scheduling/EVV module on Therap for Android app, please ask an administrator at your agency to contact the Regional Sales Representative.

Users with the Reset Password administrative role will be able to access the Password Reset tool from the app.

Very easy to use, but it needs to have the able to see your T logs once you have done them. It won't show them on the app but you can search for them on the desk top version. They need to upgrade the app to every work as good as the desktop version.

Definitely need to update. Would be much easier to explain in person, but several different issues that really need to be updated &/or changed. Can't say I'm anywhere near satisfied with Therap. Little by very little it is getting better. 💜

Just recently its been saying sorry couldnt find your location (I do have my location turned on).But i still click on check in and it seems to show location when i go in and manually look. So i am hoping its showing my work that i am clocking in where i should be.

Constant issues with updates & syncs.... like what's the most current freaking version!!! (Will an update resolve any of my multiple issues....I wouldn't know because it appears as though the file is 19 or more versions older than my current app. Just the tip of the icebeg).

The app is super useful and easy to use. For that, I would give it a 5 star rating. However, finding that "session time has expired" without warning when attempting to submit completed data is annoying and time consuming. The data is not saved and I have to re-enter everything from start to finish. I have found no way to retrieve and continue working on the expired document. Because of this annoyance, I give the app a 3 star rating.

This app is a hit and miss. Since there's only one PC at my company I never have time to do my daily reports before I leave. So this app helps in that regard. However, the UI is missing a lot of options/ features that are on the desktop version. So either I have to use my laptop at home to finish all my reports or wait until I get into work that day. Not to mention it's pretty buggy and takes about two attempts to reach it's online servers.

Issues with the app are progressively getting worse. Last week the GPS had me 6 miles from where I was actually at. I continue to get log-in errors and can not reach the server, and now with the new update I have gotten messages that the Maximum limit of Data collection has exceeded for the day, and I have been the only one working. Everytime there is an app update, it's one step forward and two steps back.

Makes life easier at work, love that isp data can be entered on the app. However, it would make things easier if we could sign for unspecified meds on the app as well as log intake/elimination entries, vital signs, blood sugar readings & all other charting. I use the app to sign meds & chart isp data but then have to log in to the website either through the browser on my phone or my laptop to do the rest of my charting. If everything was available on the app it would be much less time consuming.

The only thing the app is good for is signing off meds. Other than that it is confusing to use and even with signing off meds there are times it doesn't even send the info to the main frame despite showing the green marking meds have all been signed off. Please fix the bug causing that, and make the app more user friendly. It honestly would be easier to use if the tabs were set up more like the website!

I've noticed this app is always upgrading and its the unusual times, how can staff complete notes and submitt clockin as well clockout when system is down!!! This results in lost time or unpaid time due to not being able submitt notes on time. On Sept 4 system was down and Sept 5 system would allow staff to leave notes for each goal ,yet the system shows past entries!!! Such a inconvenience, I think agency's should return to the paper form .

Disaster of an app. Highly recommend your group finds something else. Woefully, needlessly complicated when far more common-sense based solutions are available. They put in redundant features just because they could and never to help with ease of use. Avoid at all cost. UPDATE AFTER A FEW YEARS:. Still a horrible experience. This was made by people who don't think about how people work. How successful apps work. What a logical name for something is. Needlessly complicated. Leave a sticky note

It's ok to use. Sometimes it doesn't put my clients right address in. I have another problem. Apparently the person who does the billing billed but didn't know the the system was down. When she was able to get in it pushed out pay date back 3 more weeks. So instead of getting paid on 04/08 or 04/09. We are getting paid 04/22. This is refictulas,you have to wait until the end of the month to bill. One small mistake and you guys can't fix it?

I work at Pomeroy for almost 2 years. Ive downloaded the app when i was introduced to therap. The app doesn't work at all. Even with the new updated website, I can't even go into any of the links on the app itself. Its better off that i use my internet on both my desktop and my mobile phone. but i dont wanna do that because i know the app can be an easy fix. It is very important that this is done. Please, whatever you do, fix the app. I will update this post if the problem is fixed. 😭

This is a very scaled down version of therap. 8t cannot be used to track finances or gets. It requires a weird signature function to enter client data, and it does not have the capability to remember login info. So basically the app is an inconvenience

do NOT bother downloading this app. complete waste of valuable storage space, not to mention time/energy. unless your company has unlocked the app, there is NOTHING you can do. so i really can't even write a proper review. especially when every time i attempt to select something an error pop up comes up, stating that my selection "is not enabled for your provider". i am uninstalling this app until i can use it.

Over all..pretty good but this seriously needs an update that will allow the user to override the auto location if check in can't be done at the pickup location. Would also be nice to have the search feature for looking up a particular service note.

Even though it's nice to be able to be notes in, it never gives you enough space. It crashes too much, unreliable at times that costs us money when the system crashes and we are forced to clock in late.

My company has been using this app for a while now. Every single time I open a form, it asks me to turn on location services, despite turning them off and asking my phone to never ask again. Disable this feature please I'm not turning it on and it's incredibly annoying to have to see it evey time I open a form

I have had some of my reports randomly disappear after submitting them in the past. I'm hoping that the new update will change that. My biggest desire is that the maximum amount of words included in a report could be slightly higher. I always have to condense my reports and I end up losing valuable points that are discarded.

This app, worked 2 times and after that it wouldn't let me enter notes it just kept giving me a error message. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that didnt help either. Annoyed.

The app crashes and is buggy just as a ton of other reviewers have already said. Additionally, Therap wants access to my location, microphone, camera...you don't need these. I can document where I'm, what Im doing...I don't need yet another company that thinks they have the right to my personal data. Judging by the probs with your app, I tend to doubt your competency as a whole and don't think for a second that your trustworthy. I really hope my employer gets away from service requiring this app

This looks like the original site but when I open it I cannot see more than a few days worth of entries. Our company requires us to read all the previous week of entries on each individual person we support. On my older phone I can still access the older Therap module, and it works just fine. Why is this one different?

Terrible version of therap. Can not edit saved notes, so if you have to save it to come back and finish it later, you can not do that in this app. Totally limited and worthless.

The date no longer shows up on the app for Android. It was missing after the update. Basically no calender to change dates. This is really important on a 10 hour shift as both reports have different dates.

This app is so irritating, keeps updating every weekend and not letting me checkout on time. Location gets off and tells me to return to the original location when I haven't gone anywhere.
