Made a purchase for quickshift Regulatuon&Movement money got deducted but the song was not added . It's a repeated issue , last time also same thing happened. Can some one advise on how to resolve the issue so that I can start using the song for my kid asap or return the funds. Overall the songs are great help but app has major issues . Some changes definitely needs to happen on how it gets supported.
This company believes in their product and want to help their customers, like my daughter with Rett Syndrome. Her whole world is music, and anything that helps her is worth it. Viral sounds went out of their way to prove to me they do care about their product and want it to work out when I was having issues. What they offer is unique. If you're having issues with the app or any feedback -- call them! They actually answer their phone without a crazy automated menu or hold time.
The app sometimes does what it's supposed to, but it's quite janky and unreliable. I've had to reinstall it to get a download unstuck. The UI is often slow and it's not very intuitive how you progress through renting (with magic codes) and then to playing.
The music is actually helpful. However, the app has a very strong technical flaw. All your purchases are tied into to your google play store account. This means if you decide to change your platform (move to iPhone) or need to change your google account then all your purchase will be lost. The support is meaningless. They are suggesting to get a secondary android device to login using the original id if you need to use the music or ask Google for refund.
really poor app. it was great for the first month then the song I purchased stopped working (stopped within 1 min of playing) and doesn't let me reinstall it. I tried emailing them but they didn't reply after my second email. poor app and poor service
Great app, very user friendly to purchase the music albums as directed by the Therapist. The Music itself is miraculous in aiding our son's recovery!!
* *edit. Thanks for the info. I have been able to get the download now.** I have been trying to purchase music for my son because his occupational therapist recommended this app and specific music. Unfortunately I have been unable to purchase anything because it keeps asking for a code. Please help I have emailed you.
The music is fantastic and the description are useful. However, if there was a trial or sample of each then it would be much easier to choose the one that has the best chance of being effective in different situations.
Earlier my experience was good and now whenever I am trying to rent a music... I am not able to rent it... I don't know what is the problem... And trying to connect with vital sounds but not able connect to them... If you could help please let me know
I've paid for gravitational grape music for Indian rupees 991.00. I've got music and duration of the audio clip is 16 minutes but music stops at 7 minutes, I've switched off mobile and redownloaded many times but the result is same. How can I fix this problem
Works great except sometime the songs don't always download properly or quit playing in the middle of a session.
Good most of the time but right now music i'm renting wont play. Constantly loading, doesn't move from 0%. Very frustrating
The app randomly crashes, please fix the app it is not acceptable as songs are not free.
Great to have on my phone so I can do Music/Sound Therapy anywhere on the go with my daughter. Thank you!!!
My son is 3 diagnosed with ASD, n his therapist recommend peachy peach... my son doesn't allow us to put headphones so is it ok if we play this on bluetooth speaker...is it helpful when it play on speaker?... Plz reply.

Songs were out of order...not there at all...and you could not go back to it!

This app was recommended by my son's occupational therapist to help with sensory processing and communication. Between purchasing the appropriate headphones and then paying for the individual music packs, it is a pricey investment. Also, the time commitment is substantial. But, we have had great results. It has helped significantly with our son's engagement, auditory attention/processing, and language. One negative is I cannot get it to acknowledge purchased music on a second device.
